I ordered a FIXD device online, thinking it was just £29.95. Turns out, there was a surprise yearly subscription for £99.99 attached, which I hadn't noticed. I read some reviews and found others had the same issue. I wasn’t interested in the subscription, so I quickly cancelled it and contacted my bank. Even after cancelling, they still sent the device and charged me. After several emails, the support team was actually pretty great. They told me to keep the device and refunded my money, since returning it internationally was too pricey. Oh, and the device was priced in dollars, so I ended up paying just £22.65. FIXD should definitely make their subscription model clearer, but my experience ended on a positive note.
