This was my first time ordering from Extreme Terrain and I was very pleased. The website was good. They kept me updated well with my order. The retractable bed cover we got for my son's Gladiator was great. My only issue was the huge amount of texts and emails I started getting with deals, etc. Way over board.

I got my product quickly, within just 5 days after ordering. It came in great condition, and everything needed for assembly was well organized. The instructions need a little thought and some common sense to follow. If I can manage it, then anyone can too.

The delivery was quick and the cost was good. The product fits both 4-door and 2-door vehicles, though the top clamping straps aren't usable. Assembly was smooth, but the rear grab bar section needed to be slightly longer for a better fit.
