Fortunately, I stumbled upon Parts Tree online, placed an order, and received it in just 3 days. Their prompt service is commendable, especially considering the discontinued Jonsereds brand. I would not hesitate to order from them again.

This discrepancy between the stated shipping time and the actual duration, coupled with high shipping charges, has left me dissatisfied. Regrettably, I won't be considering Parts Tree for future transactions.

I spent almost one hour on hold trying to exchange a wrong part sent. After speaking to a rep for 3 minutes, he put me on hold for another 15 minute wait. I finally hung up and tried the following day. I Finally reached another rep who was unable to find the correct part. Asked how to return the wrong part, I was told I'd have to pay the return postage of $7.95 for a mistake they made. Need a part? Find another source. This is a no star scam outfit

So, here's the deal with this company. They sell you something, right? Then, they hit your card with a hold. But instead of just sending the thing you bought, they drop an email bomb on you from Melissa. She's talking about how you gotta cough up an extra $50 for shipping because apparently, they didn't realize the thing was bigger than they thought. Seriously, do they not measure their stuff before they sell it? That's just plain wrong.

Having trouble finding a part number, I reached out to their tech support for help. They gave me a part number, but when the part arrived, it was wrong. When I asked for a return, I found out their return policy didn't consider the mistake of their expert. Losing $50 isn't ideal, but I'd rather avoid dealing with this shady company again.
