I’ve been using Fanttik products for a few years

I’ve been using Fanttik products for a few years. My first purchase was an electric screwdriver, which I still enjoy using today. The battery life is much longer than any others I’ve tried, and it has strong power for driving screws into wood. The variable speed function is also very useful. Later, I bought the Apex X8 air compressor, and it’s been a great tool for inflating my car and motorcycle tires. It’s small but very powerful. I can fill up all 3 of my cars and the motorcycle tires without having to charge it often, just once every month or so. Fanttik really seems to understand what customers need and makes products that meet those needs. If you're looking for good quality and reliable performance, I’d suggest Fanttik products.

Nice quality tool.

Nice quality tool. I hadn't heard of the brand until I saw a review on a YouTube channel. I bought one of their electric screwdrivers and was happy with how it worked. The only problem I have is that it doesn’t come with an extension, and the screwdriver itself is thin, so getting into tight spots is hard. The case is solid. The bits seem strong and don't strip easily, and the screwdriver itself has some weight. Feels really good in the hand.

Ordering was simple, and the delivery was on time. The products are sturdy and not flimsy. I first got the jump pack and it works really well, small but powerful. Then I got the air compressor, which is great for the lawn tractor, bike, and car tires. I would recommend both items.

Ordering was easy and delivery came fast. I got the cardboard cutter. It does the job, but your arm will get tired if you use it too long. The safty parts help but kinda get in the way after using it for a bit. Somedays I just wanna cut without care.

After a lot of struggle I managed to get Fanttik to swap

After a lot of struggle I managed to get Fanttik to swap the faulty vac so they did honor their warranty and helped me out. It took some time and was annoyng but in the end Fanttik did replace my unit. THANK YOU

The customer service is not great

The customer service is not great. They don't offer a support phone number, and the one they provide doesn't seem to work. There's no voicemail, either. I called during their listed hours, but I only got email replies, and they take about 24 hours to respond. The replies often feel like a standard message. Each time I ask for a return label or return address, they keep asking me to verify my home address. I've had to do this multiple times now. They're not listed with the BBB, and I noticed they seem to filter reviews on their website. I wouldn’t recommend doing business with this company.

Defective Product/Non existent customer service

Purchased X9 ACE Air Inflator. Did not work. Tried the listed customer service service and number is out of order. I emailed them and an overseas group responds every 24 hours with any help. They told me to send video which I did. Emailed a few steps to try which did not work. The product is defective. I asked for refund and they are not responding and refusing my request. Tired of sending more emails which are not answered for a refund. Worst company service ever and CANNOT talk live to anyone.

Fanttik air pump made in March 2024 stopped

Fanttik air pump made in March 2024 stopped working just before 1 year and they refused to replace it. I sent them a video showing the issue and a photo of the manufacturing date, but since I didn’t have the receipt, they used that as an excuse to deny the replacment. I won’t buy from this company again because they don’t support their products.
