Extremely Disappointing and Sketchy Experience – Beware!
I placed an order for a motor with this company on April 4, 2025, and unfortunately, it has turned into a complete nightmare. After expressing interest, I was contacted by a representative named Garo, who asked me to make payment through Zelle. That immediately raised red flags for me, as Zelle transactions are non-refundable once authorized. When I questioned why they used Zelle instead of a safer, more standard method, they gave vague answers about company policy.
Reluctantly, I proceeded with the $1,399 payment. Garo stayed in contact initially and promised I would receive shipping details within 24-48 hours. That never happened. I had to repeatedly call and email just to get a tracking number, which was supposedly through a company called Maritime Logistic LLC—a shipper that only provides an email for contact and no legitimate tracking platform. The shipment status showed pending in Missouri and never progressed.
Despite my consistent efforts to get updates from both the seller and the shipper, responses became sporadic and unhelpful. I was told to try contacting the shipper again (which I already had, multiple times), and then they just stopped responding altogether. No one answers my calls now.
It is now weeks past my expected delivery date (April 15, 2025), and I have received nothing—no motor, no refund, and no clear explanation. According to their refund/replacement policy, I should be entitled to either a replacement or my money back, but they have ignored those requests as well.
This company feels like a scam or at the very least highly unreliable. I strongly urge others to do thorough research before making any purchases—especially if they insist on using Zelle or any non-refundable payment method. Don’t make the same mistake I did.
