Ordered a couple of 8-inch dual voice coil subs from OnlineCarStereo, and one arrived damaged. I sent both back, but they accused me of damaging the sub and even claimed I sent back a different one. Their tech said the serial numbers didn't match, but I returned exactly what they sent me. No refund, no replacement—they just sent the same busted subs back. Took a closer look, and the voice coil wire was broken. Definitely not my fault since I never even used it. So, I'm out about $200 and got blamed for something I didn't do.
