I've never visited their shop in person, but I've placed many orders online with them. Their service is always good, and Raul is really nice and quick to help if there's an issue. Shipping is super fast, even though they're really far away from me. For the usual items I get, they partner with Turn 14, so I often receive my parts the next day. I wish the discount codes they offer for future buys were valid longer, but it's still nice that they give them out since they usually have some of the best prices on the web. Thanks guys, keep doing what you're doing!

I've been with RCA for about 9-10 years now. I’ve never had any problems, always get the best deals and great support. Adam is an awesome team member, he always assists me with my orders, and if there's any problem with the product, he handles it quickly. Definitely recommend reaching out to them as they have almost every aftermarket car part you might need.

When I went in, it felt like going into someone's

When I went in, it felt like going into someone's house turned into an office. Two grumpy guys sat at desks, each on their laptops. They stared blankly when I walked in and asked, "Need help?" The first guy, slimmer, gave me the estimate. While waiting, I chatted with both (the other was Rich). They were pretty friendly, down-to-earth, and knew their stuff. We swapped stories about Evanston. I got the estimate and was told the car would be ready by Friday at the latest. The price made me hesitate, but DAR was closer than Richards. I didn't even review; just saw "auto rebuilders" while driving and decided. I'm sure Richard's is good too, but it took longer to get estimates. Not a big deal, everyone was professional. Still happy with my choice. Picked up the car a few days later, and it looked better than before. But it should, right? Great job guys!!

Even when I was in need of scarce parts that could only be sourced overseas, RCA has always helped! I would recommend this place for anything from basic oil changes to full builds!
