Up to now its a great piece of kit, but time will tell

Up to now its a great piece of kit, but time will tell, heard some bad stories about these failing, but from what i read this happens with all brands and models too. So i got my VTOMAN jump 220 right out of the box at 80%, its put together really well and looks even nicer, first thing i did was charge it to 100% and it did that very fast. Power is strong from this box, handles all tasks up to now. Hooked up the solar panels as charge was a bit low and had a full sunny day, they worked great and the jump was back to 100% using solar. If someone asked if i would buy VTOMAN again i’d say yes, as up to now it works great. If anything does eventualy go wrong in the 2 year warranty period i just hope the team at VTOMAN will help and fix any problems.

I’ve only used it to try out a few things so far since it’s mainly for our caravan trips and backup during power cuts. I’m already considering getting an extra battery.

Quick delivery. Nice design and comes with a good bag. Arrived with 89% power. Simple to use with clear guide. Tested it by boiling my kettle. Did the job well! Got to full charge fast from the outlet. Excited to use it on the raod!

We have used the unit so far, and it provides enough power for all our camper needs during off-grid living. We still need to test it more on a long trip, charging it with the vehicle and solar panels, to get a better understanding of how it performs. It would have been helpful if the jump lead attachment was included in the accessories pack, as it’s mentioned under the name 'Jump'.

I purchased a 1000 on ebay in aug 23

I purchased a 1000 on ebay in aug 23 and it stopped holding charge. i emailed them, they picked it up for exchange, but since dec 23, no replacement has come and no response to my emails?really upset bad service, i think they should be removed from ebay and i’m working on that?
