611 Auto Repair really came through for us. Definitely recommend. Our car broke down late on a Friday night while we were driving through Pennsylvania, and we found this place after searching for "emergency road service" in Stroudsburg. Tony, the manager, was quick to respond by phone and text, telling us he could fix the car on Saturday morning. We had it towed there and stayed at a nearby hotel. By noon the next day, the issue was sorted (serpentine belt), and we were back on the road. This shop saved us and the owner seemed honest and kept us in the loop. I'd totally suggest it for emergency repairs and regular work if you live nearby.

Tony is amazing!

Tony is amazing! I was driving through town when my car broke down on the highway, 3 hours from home. Tony stayed open for an extra hour so I could make it to him. He then took me to a nearby hotel and made sure I was all safe. Him and his crew worked hard to get my car fixed quickly. They had me back on the road in 2 days, even though it could have taken longer. Tony was super helpful and kept me informed all the way through. He explained what went wrong with my car, how they’d fix it, and what the plan was. They even gave me pizza for lunch before I left :)

Had to get my clutch replaced recently. I talked to Tony over the phone before I brought my car in, and he was really helpful with the pricing and explained everything that needed to be done. I also spoke with a lady (I’m sorry, I can’t recall her name) who was great in keeping me updated during the process. The drive home was really nice! I didn’t realize how bad my clutch was before. Everything felt so smooth, and they did a great job. They also charged me $1000 less than what the dealership had quoted.

I am surely a happy customer. A friend told me about this place, and I’m so glad she did. My car runs like new now. The service was done quickly. This shop is very professional, and they communicate well. The owner, Mr. Tony, explained everything about my car in detail, including the water pump and transmission issue. Every time I had a question, he made sure I got it before moving ahead. Also, the prices was fair. I suggest this place to anyone facing vehicle issues!

The best part about this place is that you can get in and out quickly. However, they charge a lot of extra fees for the inspection, and it’s almost three times what you’d usually pay. Also, the mechanic was smoking inside my car, which wasn’t very respectful.
