The Worst business to buy wheels think well before
My story is long but I just want to warn you that Wheelership is the worst company I have ever known because buying some rims for my 2016 Impala limited LTZ (old body model) was a nightmare of almost three weeks, when I reported that the rims had other measurements in the central hubs, and the distance of the bolts I had to be served by the worst employee of that company Mr. John S. Customer Experience Specialist who did not show me any experience because he insisted that my car had been modified, he even made me go to a Chevrolet Dealer and send him a verification that was recognized by him insisting that they had specified and shipped the correct rims, I had strong arguments with him when I felt aggrieved and he did not recognize my honesty not believing in my word and in the evidence sent, finally I was served by Ms. Megan and she accepted the return of the wheels that were inspected and received but charging me in my return the rest of the kin fee, return freight, total I ended up losing almost $200.00 due to their mistake in not handling the correct information for my car model. Gentlemen, think carefully before deciding to buy from an unreliable company that doesn't support its customers and is led by an incompetent, incapable individual lacking professional ethics.
