Belle Tire Lake Orion made getting new tires easier than I thought it would be. Dave worked hard to find budget-friendly options for me. He even gave me a hand with my key fob battery. Great service overall.

Had my first great service with Belle Tire, Castleton, last week. They will have my car buisness from now on.

I purchased tires from Belle Tire in Elkhart

I purchased tires from Belle Tire in Elkhart, Indiana, after they recommended them. A few weeks later, all the tires started losing air, so I took them back. They cleaned the bead surface on the rims, but they should have done this when they mounted the tires in the first place. They did give me a good alignment check, though. Two years later, after rotating the tires at every oil change, they became noisy. Today, one tire lost 10 psi overnight. I called the store, and they told me it would take two days to fix it. I was also told I had bought an "entry-level" tire, which is why they were noisy. I was told these were great tires when I bought them, but now they’ve discontinued selling them. I will NOT return to Belle Tire again.

Belle Tire took my online order and charged my credit card for tires and service, but I didn’t get a confirmation email or any order details. I tried reaching Customer Service with emails and calls for days, but they didn’t respond. The local store manager did try to help with scheduling, but they wanted me to pay again even though the charge was already on my card. Now, they have my money and still haven’t provided the tires or service. I’m thinking of taking further action to resolve this issue.

I visited Belle Tire on Country Club Rd

I visited Belle Tire on Country Club Rd and Rockville with a screw in my tire. We ended up waiting for 3 hours to get it fixed. When I asked why it was taking so long, I was told "appointments are the priority." That lost me as a customer. Four employees in the front just chatting and on their phones. Maybe less people up front and more working in the back? There should be a dedicated area for quick repairs. You guys really need to improve.
