Experienced some serious issues with my lifted Jeep Wrangler, including the dreaded death wobble. Opted to utilize their services at a hefty $155 per hour for suspension diagnosis. To my dismay, they recommended an extensive replacement of various components in the front-end suspension, despite my Jeep having only 28,000 miles and never having ventured off-road. The laundry list included lower and upper ball joints, drag link, tie rods, steering stabilizer, track bar, and more. They even factored in new tires, although my current ones had a substantial 15-20k miles left, and tacked on an additional $450 for a 5-year warranty and $300 for lubes, cleaner, and hardware. The labor charges were exorbitant, with a laughable $155 per hour just for the ball joints and drag link, totaling an eye-watering estimate of $4,900. However, upon my own investigation, I discovered a more reasonable solution elsewhere. Another shop, while rotating and balancing my tires, identified two loose bolts in the suspension, swiftly tightened them, performed the necessary rotations and balancing, all for a mere $75. Problem solved without breaking the bank. My advice: steer clear of this company!
