Great scooter and awesome customer service! The kids really like the Varla scooter. We had a few delays with shipping around the holidays, but the customer service was great at keeping us in the loop when the carrier kept sending unclear updates. Thanks for having such friendly customer service!

I heard about Varla from a friend and wasn’t
I heard about Varla from a friend and wasn’t sure about buying because of the reviews. Still, I decided to give it a shot and got a scooter with an extra item. The scooter came, but the item did not, so I emailed them and got in touch with Sylvia. She was very nice and explained that the item I ordered was out of stock and wouldn’t be available again. It was disapointing that they took my payment but never told me it was unavailable. Sylvia gave me different options to fix the issue and even offered a refund along with a free gift. Overall, my experience with the scooter and company has been good. I’d suggest them to anyone wanting an electric scooter.

On YouTube, people make it look like the Pegasus is flying
On YouTube, people make it look like the Pegasus is flying 🤣 Sadly, it only goes 24mph, but it’s built well and should last. The split rim design helps when you need to change the tires. I also own a Mantis Pro that can go 42mph, so maybe I’m being a bit harsh. But the Mantis was only $995, so the prices are pretty close. It’s decent, not amazing.

Expensive products, no service after sale,m i would rather not spend so much on their scootor, rather buy one from another that is $200 cost, (each of there parts is about $300 avrg) and buy a new cheap one every year, would not bother to deal with them, pls don't be cheated like I was, expensive with no replacement parts
