I ordered a screw and the whole
I ordered a screw and the whole process was good. The box they sent it in was huge for just a small $6 screw. They could've saved a lot on shipping costs with a smaller box. It really makes you think how packaging can affect prices!

The part came on time as expected.
The part came on time as expected. Unfortunately, one of the sensors on the air duct was damaged, so I had to use the old one instead. There was also a note in the box from someone saying they hurt themselves today, which seemed like an attempt at humor.

Three stars - I had a pretty poor experience with this company!
Three stars - I had a pretty poor experience with this company! They promised the part would come in 3 days, but it took 12 days instead! When it finally arrived, the box was broken and so was the part! They only refunded the part cost of $400 and not the shipping fee! Their communication is very bad, and they even hang up on you! I recommend looking for a different company instead!
