The winch performed as I thought it would.
The winch performed as I thought it would. However, the clamps for attaching to the battery are poor quality. For the price of this winch, they should be better made, more like jumper cable ends instead of the cheap ones provided. When I tried connecting the positive end to the battery, it bent because it wasn’t able to open wide enough. The battery ends are not good, but the rest of the winch is built well.

Got a new double braided cable.
Got a new double braided cable. Arrived Thursday, put it in on Friday, and took it out on the trail Saturday. Used it twice, and everyone who saw it had something to say. Sent them your way. Only thing missing was a stiker lol. We hit the trails every weekend and use the cable all day long. Running it on a One ton rig on tons.

No phone number listed..email only...in this day and age customer service wins customers...needed a winch ASAP wanted to confirm they had model I needed available for immediate shipment....needless to say they failed.
