This was honestly the simplest online ordering process I've ever used. I picked my car and tire size and right away saw tons of choices just for my vehicle. I found a Crossmax All Terrain tire for $90 cheaper than my local shop, and the free delivery made it even better. Paying was easy too, with lots of options including a lease-to-own plan with 90 days same as cash. I put in a few details, and the site pre-approved me through 5 different lenders without afecting my credit. Once I picked one, it only took about 3 minutes to finish and pay. From start to end, the whole thing took less than 15 minutes, and a week later, I had 4 brand new tires at my door. My local shop charged me $100 to mount, balance, install, and get rid of my old tires. The only issue was with FedEx (not Tire Agent’s fault) – they didn’t handle the delivery well. The driver just tossed each tire from the truck onto my driveway and stacked them right in the open where anyone could see.

It can sometimes feel quite impersonal and detached. But Marianne put in a lot of effort, and I’m glad there are still people like her in the customer service world. She worked hard to fix the issues I had, explained everything clearly, and didn’t make any excuses, just offered solutions. I’m changing my review to five stars because she clearly earned it. I don’t know their hiring process, but they picked the right person for her role. Thanks Marianne, you are a real gem!

My order for 4 tires was meant to come from FedEx. FedEx dropped off 2 and then claimed “resident asked for another delivery date” for the remaining 2. This is completely false—called Tire Agent and shared everything about my urgent need for the tires since I had an appointment for mounting set up. Tire Agent's representative helped and quickly sorted things out, and the last 2 tires arrived the next day!

Riding on worn-out tires in winter was not fun, had to get new ones fast but was short on cash! This team helped me out quick. Put in my tire size, picked from a list, got approved for a payment plan real fast, and my tires arrived in around 3 days! Just in time before heavy snow hit Utah. Already told my co-workers about Tire Agent and will defenitely use them again! Appreciate it!
