After buying a Vtoman 600 portable power

After buying a Vtoman 600 portable power pack and giving it a try, we noticed the battery life didn't quite match what we expected from the specs, so we chose to return it. Giving 5 stars is down to Vtoman’s after-sales support, which handled all our messages quickly and really well. They arranged to pick up the heavy item, saving us a big shipping cost. We got a courier who collected the pack and gave us a reciept as proof. Since we bought it on Amazon, they informed us the refund would go back to our account, and true enough, it was processed in 3 days. Despite some bad reviews about Vtoman's service, we can confidently say they were great to work with and would happily buy from them again. Big thanks from a happy customer.

Bought a VTOMAN Jump 1500X power station

Bought a VTOMAN Jump 1500X power station from the official VTOMAN store on eBay. I am now 6 months into the 24-month warranty, and it has stopped working, no power, and won’t charge. I’ve tried many times to get in touch with the seller but have received no response. This was definitely not a cheap buy since I also got the solar panels, which is turning out to be a complete waste of money. I got it for summer use, and it’s barely been used. If I have to throw it away, I won’t be buying anything else or recommending your company with such poor support.

I just got my VTOMAN 1500.

I just got my VTOMAN 1500. It's lighter than I imagined. Now I have 2 VTOMAN power stations. They are great for power outages. I use one for my fridge and the other for my chest freezer. Another reason I like VTOMAN is for trips. It gives me more freedom with power on the go.

Received my Jump 1800 and so far everything

Received my Jump 1800 and so far everything seems fine. I tried all the ports with various appliances, and now I’m not too worried about power cuts. Hoping for long-term dependability from both my power stations, as I also own the 1500 Jump.

It took a while for the solar panel to arrive

It took a while for the solar panel to arrive, coming 5 days after the generator. I sent 7 emails to ask about the delivery, but I never got a response. A simple reply would have helped me feel more certain about receiving the solar panel.
