I highly suggest the FIXD Sensor.

I highly suggest the FIXD Sensor. Mechanics agree it’s a smart buy for DIY enthusiasts since repair shops now charge between $100.00 - $190.00 an hour for their work. They must do their own diagnostics, which takes precious time. If they rely on a machine for diagnostics, that’s $150.00 just for that. Using the FIXD sensor, we quickly find out what needs fixing 8-10 times and handle it ourselves. If not, we know the shop’s price for replacement. If you’re not satisfied, they’ll refund your money without any hassle.

I've had this gadget since day one, and I'm glad I do. It's saved me a lot of money already. It helps me verify people selling used vehicles and mechanics doing their job right. The features that come with the purchase are great. If you need more, the premium service has all the extras. The company always updates features and I've had no issues with fixd. It's definitely a must-have.

I got this gadget for a friend. She really likes it so far. Said it gave her peace of mind knowing she can look at her codes and choose what to do instead of a mechanic saying let’s do this. It was easy to set up and $99 for a year is a deal. That comes to $8.25 a month. I pay more then that for my morning coffee.

Thanks for going above and beyond!

I recently tried out the sensor and app with my trusty old 2005 Renault Master, hoping to uncover some hidden gems about my van. Unfortunately, the gadget didn’t bring any new revelations. But let me tell you, the customer service was something else! They responded super quickly and were really fair about everything. It felt like they genuinely cared about my experience, and that’s a rare find these days. Even though the product didn’t give me the info I was looking for, the support team made the whole process worthwhile. I really hope more people discover your product and get the chance to experience such great service. Thanks for going above and beyond!

I've been using FIXD for a while, back when it was just starting out. Watching it evolve has been pretty cool. The app's been a lifesaver not just for me, but also for friends and family who need to check their car's engine codes. I love the repair tools drop-down list; it’s super handy, and it wasn't there when I first got it. Plus, the vehicle info features like data logging, recall alerts, emissions checks, and even vehicle value are just amazing. They really make it stand out. Initially, there was no subscription fee, but as the app improved, subscribing felt totally worth it. I can't imagine using anything else for my car diagnostics!

Man, this sensor has been a game-changer for me! I've had it for about a year and it's saved me so much money in car repairs. No more expensive trips to the mechanic because now I can diagnose and fix most of the issues myself. The app is super easy to navigate, even for someone like me who's not very tech-savvy. It really puts my mind at ease knowing I can keep tabs on my car's health. I only wish I had bought two from the start since I've got another car to take care of. Just grabbed another one during their Black Friday sale, no brainer. If you're into DIY car maintenance, you gotta get this sensor.

    Highly recommend

Okay, so I bought this nifty OBD2 scanner, and it was a total game-changer. My car wouldn’t start, and the shop said it was a fuel system issue. They cleared the codes, but guess what? My new gadget told me the exact same thing! Seriously, I could have saved myself $75 if I’d just used it first. It shows you the code and the exact problem, super straightforward. If you want to avoid unnecessary trips to the mechanic, this is a must-have. It's like having a mini mechanic in your pocket. Highly recommend it to anyone who wants to save money and know what’s up with their car.

I ordered Fixd thinking it was in my local currency, but turns out it was in US Dollars. I reached out to the company for a refund, kind of expecting a hassle, but wow, was I surprised. They got back to me super quick, and honestly, the communication was some of the best I’ve ever experienced. You just don’t see that level of service much anymore. They processed my refund immediately, no questions asked. Seriously, I’m quite impressed with how they handled everything. It’s nice to know some companies still care about their customers like this. Big thumbs up to them!

I remember the time when my check engine light popped on, and I had no idea what was wrong. Luckily, I had this handy FIXD scanner. Plugged it in and boom, it told me exactly what was up. Made me feel way more confident when I took the car to the repair shop because I knew they weren't trying to rip me off. Another time, I was looking at a used car, kinda nervous about hidden issues. Used the FIXD scanner again, and it showed no problems. That peace of mind made the purchase feel so much better. Honestly, getting the FIXD scanner was money well spent.

    Got this gadget to check

Got this gadget to check my car's engine light, and it’s pretty handy! Plugged it in, diagnosed the issue, and even cleared the light all by myself. But, heads up, the pricing’s kinda sneaky. Thought I'd get a weekly or monthly plan, but it only showed a yearly one for $49.99, which renews at $99.99. And once you check your car, that $49.99 charge hits you. They should really offer a cheap one-time option, like $1.99, so you can decide if you want the pricier yearly plan. So, before you use it, make sure you check their subscription details. It works well, just a bit of a money trap if you’re not careful.

I haven't actually tried out the product yet, but I had a little surprise when I saw a charge for a subscription I didn't remember signing up for. The good news? Canceling it was super easy. I just hopped onto their online chat bot, and boom, everything was sorted out. Got an email right away confirming the cancellation, too. I've seen others have the same kind of surprise, but honestly, don't stress. Just keep an eye on your bank notifications and act quickly if you spot anything unexpected. Their process is pretty smooth, so you should be able to handle it without any hassle.

    Had this light pop on

Had this light pop on in my car for auto start/stop, so I used my FIXD scanner. It said "no problem detected," which was confusing. Makes me wonder what happens if a more serious light comes on. Heard lots of folks getting stuck with the Premium charge, so I was cautious. Still in the trial period, I emailed them to cancel and they did it quickly. Watch out when using the app though. After scanning, it tries to push you to get Premium with a Continue button. Looks like you have to click it, but just use your phone’s back button instead. The scan will carry on without you needing Premium.

    I’ve been using this diagnostic

I’ve been using this diagnostic tool and honestly, it’s pretty great. It’s helped me figure out what’s wrong with my car a couple of times now. But, here’s the thing, I nearly got charged $100 for some premium service. I kinda assumed it was optional, but turns out it’s not. Lesson learned: always read the whole description before diving in. I later discovered there are other methods out there that don’t require a subscription, which I wish I had known earlier. Anyways, the tool itself works well, just be careful about the extra costs that sneak up on you.

    I’ve been using this app

I’ve been using this app for a while now, and honestly, it's pretty solid. You get a lot more bang for your buck when you go with the subscription. But here's the catch: canceling is a nightmare. Imagine going through a maze with a bunch of hidden doors, that's what it felt like trying to cancel my subscription. Seriously, it took me forever to navigate through all the screens and buttons just to opt out. I appreciate that they gave me a heads-up about the renewal, but the hoops you have to jump through are just ridiculous. The product itself is great, but with these sneaky tactics to keep you locked in, it leaves a bad taste. Fix that, and they’d be golden.

    I got this gadget last

I got this gadget last year, and while it worked fine, I didn't really use the premium features much. The real headache came with the renewal. They have this annual $99 fee that just sneakily renews itself, and you don't get a heads-up about it. It hit my PayPal, and when I tried to get my money back, they just threw their terms of service at me. Apparently, you can only get a refund in the first 30 days of the first year. After that, you're stuck. To make matters worse, I lost the device, so paying that fee was a complete waste for me. Just a heads-up to watch out for those unexpected charges!

I bought this gadget from your company back in February. I downloaded the app, as it was required to use the device. I never opted for any premium service, but then in March, I noticed a charge of $106.59 on my account. I didn't sign up for anything extra! I thought the device would be useful, but now it turns out I can't even use it without subscribing to a premium service. I feel kind of cheated, honestly. I should've read the reviews before buying. Now I'm stuck with two gadgets that are pretty much useless unless I fork out more money for a subscription. Disappointed.

I got this new gadget, and it's pretty neat—does what it's supposed to do. But here's the kicker: they throw in this trial for the premium service. I didn't think much of it at first. Then, out of nowhere, I'm billed for a whole year of premium. No heads-up, no nothing. I was a bit miffed, to be honest. It felt sneaky. The premium features? Didn't really wow me, personally. I mean, the basic device works fine without them. Just be careful when you sign up, because you might end up paying for something you don't even need. So, watch out for that sneaky auto-renewal!

    I stumbled upon this YouTube

I stumbled upon this YouTube ad for an OBD sensor from FIXD, advertised for $19.99. Seemed like a great deal, so I decided to buy it using PayPal. But when I was about to finalize the purchase, the total suddenly jumped to $25.42, including a year subscription for their app, which I didn’t want. No matter how much I tried, I couldn’t remove the subscription or even the sensor from my cart. The ad made it seem like the sensor worked independently with your phone, without needing their app. Feeling frustrated, I reached out to FIXD to cancel my order. The responses were slow and kept asking why I wanted to cancel, despite me explaining it was false advertising. Later, I found out they had already taken money from my PayPal and scheduled more charges. PayPal was helpful in resolving the issue, but I’d be wary of FIXD’s tactics.

I usually give products a fair shot, but FIXD really let me down. I got this sensor as a gift, and it was a total flop from the start. Tried it on three different cars, all different makes and models, and it just wouldn't fit. No click, no light, nothing. It's like trying to force a puzzle piece where it doesn't belong. When I contacted FIXD, I hoped they'd help me out, but nope. I explained everything in my first email—how it was a gift, how it wouldn't fit or power on, and that my Wi-Fi was fine. Instead of helping, they just kept asking the same questions I had already answered. Their final answer? They can't help because it was bought on Amazon. So now I’m stuck with a useless gadget and a sour experience. FIXD seriously needs to rethink their customer service game. Save your money and look elsewhere.

    I had a rough experience

I had a rough experience with this company. They tried charging me $99.99 for a subscription I never signed up for. This mess led to my credit cards linked to PayPal getting canceled—talk about a headache. I reached out to their support, hoping for some clarity, but instead got a pitch about their premium subscription. Their emails just pointed me to a link to cancel, which was a total maze. Each click led to another page trying to change my mind, dragging out the cancellation process. It was all so frustrating, and I still couldn't manage to cancel it. A word of advice: steer clear if you don’t want to deal with unauthorized charges and endless cancellation loops. It's not worth the hassle, no matter how good the product might seem.

    Don't waste your money

I bought two fixed sensors, thinking it would solve my car issues. The first one I installed needed an extra $149 for a year's premium, which was unexpected. I had a check engine light that my mechanic couldn't fix, and hoped this would help. It showed the same problem as the mechanic, but didn't tell me how to fix it. My airbag light was also on, but no fault was detected. I tried scanning again and it said the fixd unit was faulty. Then it mentioned an unresolved airbag issue, but still no solution. Paid $149 for sensors, $149 for premium, and would need another $149 for my other car. Now I have more dashboard lights on, no clear fixes, and feel like I wasted money. Not happy and wish I could get a refund.

    I had a pretty frustrating

I had a pretty frustrating experience with this company. I wanted to get a refund for my subscription renewal, which happened right after New Year's. I'd been dealing with the aftermath of Hurricane Helene, no electricity and barely any internet on my phone. When I reached out, they flat out denied my request, even though it was just a day or so after the renewal. They don’t even give you a heads-up about upcoming renewals, and their policy is only to refund during the initial sign-up period. It's really disappointing. Now I'm stuck with a year of service from a company I can't stand. I hope they never face a situation like mine and need help. Karma, you know?

It was more trouble than it's worth

I recently tried out this gadget that's supposed to scan and diagnose car problems, and honestly, it was more trouble than it's worth. First off, setting it up was a pain. It didn't even recognize my car's brand, labeling my VW as just "generic generic." When I finally got it running, it assured me everything was fine, even though my car was actively showing error messages. I double-checked with two other devices, and they both caught three critical issues that this one totally missed. Plus, they keep pushing some premium AI service that feels unnecessary. In the end, it's more of a hassle than a help. I'd say save your money for something that actually works.
