    I fell for their slick

I fell for their slick ad and decided to order one item. Imagine my surprise when the receipt showed they sent two and charged me for both! Then, to top it off, I noticed it was listed as a recurring charge on my bank statement. Not cool. When the package finally arrived, I returned it without even opening it. That was three weeks ago and still no refund. USPS tracking confirmed it was delivered to their front desk, so what’s the holdup? This whole experience has been really frustrating and I feel totally ripped off. Definitely won’t be ordering from them again.

    I wish I had checked

I wish I had checked Trustpilot before buying from this company. Like many others, they charged my credit card $147.00 CDN without my permission. I've tried contacting them multiple times but never got any response. This feels like a scam, so I’m going to reach out to my credit card company to investigate this. I have all the emails showing my attempts to get a refund for this charge, but they just ignore me. Honestly, I don’t even want the device anymore. If anyone wants it, I'll sell it for $20 bucks. This whole experience has been super frustrating.

I thought I was getting a good deal, but it turned into a mess. Like many others, I got hit with a hidden $99 charge that wouldn't go away. Tried reaching out to customer service, but it was a nightmare. They were slow to respond and didn’t help much. In the end, I had to call my credit card company and get a new card just to stop the charges. It's frustrating that cancelling their service is so difficult. They really need to fix this and make the process easier for customers. Overall, not a great experience and wouldn’t recommend unless they improve.

    Never again

I thought I was just buying a couple of nifty gadgets to help keep tabs on my car's health. Sounded cool, right? But then, outta nowhere, I see a $109.99 charge on my account. No warning, no nothing. I’m thinking, "Did I miss something?" Apparently, it was some subscription I never agreed to. I got so worried, I just chucked both FIXD devices in the trash. I even uninstalled the app, just to be safe. Seriously, who needs that stress? The only saving grace here was PayPal stepping up and getting my money back. Big thanks to them. But FIXD? Never again.

    Not fun at all!

I was just dealing with this company, and let me tell you, it’s been a bit of a rollercoaster. They hit me with a $105 charge I never agreed to. I spent what felt like forever on hold, seriously over an hour, and then had to argue with them for another hour just to get them to cancel the subscription and promise me a refund. They said I'd get my money back in two weeks. Fast forward a year, and here I am again, stuck on hold for another hour because they took the money out of my PayPal again. It's like a never-ending cycle with them. Not fun at all!

    Feeling really frustrated

I got charged $99 from Fixed without ever downloading their app. Tried reaching out to them but no response. Bought three units thinking each family member could use one for our trips. Turns out, everyone needs to pay for their own subscription to download the app, despite them saying you can add up to 10 vehicles on one account. If something happens to a family member’s car and only my phone has the app, it’s useless. Their marketing is totally misleading, and they don’t even bother to reply. Feeling really frustrated and cheated by their service.

    When I decided to try

When I decided to try out the FIXD device, I thought it would be a straightforward purchase. But soon, $114.96 vanished from my account for a subscription I never agreed to. I only bought one unit, and suddenly I felt uneasy about using the device or the app. What if they took more money? I was so worried that the device ended up in the trash, and I deleted the app for good measure. The only saving grace was that I paid using PayPal. They stepped in and got my money back. A big thank you to PayPal for that, but as for FIXD, I won't be going back.

    I bought something from this

I bought something from this company, and next thing I know, I'm signed up for a yearly subscription. Must have been in the fine print or something. First year, $109 gone, so I cancel and think, lesson learned. But then, they hit me again the next year. Had to close my Visa just to stop them from charging me forever. Honestly, this is a really shady way to do business. It's like they're trapping customers without them realizing it. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Just be careful and read every little detail if you ever decide to buy from them.

    I ordered this reader

I ordered this reader and got a bit of a surprise. Turns out, they automatically enroll you in a $99 yearly subscription. Honestly, for someone who knows their way around motors, it's not worth the extra cost. The tricky part is, they do have an option to opt-out, but it's easy to miss. It's a little tab that says 'do not subscribe,' so you really have to look for it. Just a heads-up to anyone thinking about buying it—double-check everything before you finalize your order. Trust me, you don't want to end up paying for something you don't need.

    I bought this sensor, thought

I bought this sensor, thought it was a good deal since the app was free and the sensor itself wasn't too expensive. But here's the catch: they sneakily sign you up for their premium subscription without asking. It’s supposed to be optional, but guess what? You’re in whether you want it or not. Tried contacting customer service, but all I got was automated replies that didn’t help at all. Worse still, they kept charging my card. Had to get my credit card company involved to stop them. Be careful with this company; it’s a hassle you don’t need.

I was excited when I saw this gadget for $19.95, it seemed like a steal. But something felt off, so I decided to dig a bit deeper. Turns out, the price was just for the hardware. There's a catch – after 14 days, you have to pay for a premium service to keep using it. It felt kinda sneaky, like they were hiding the real costs. I wish they were upfront about needing to license the software every year. Just a heads up for anyone thinking about buying it, make sure you know what you're actually paying for. It's not as cheap as it looks at first.

    I bought this fixd auto

I bought this fixd auto code scanner thinking it would be a handy tool, but boy was I wrong. They started charging me $105.99 out of nowhere, and it’s a recurring charge! I reached out to PayPal to get my money back, but they said it would take over 10 days. And they do this just after the middle of the month, so they're earning interest on our money while we wait. It feels like a total rip-off. Be careful if you're considering buying from this company, it seems like they’re more interested in scamming people than providing a good product.

I ordered this product, and it was a total nightmare. First off, the product never showed up, but they still charged me for it and some extra software that I didn't even know was required. Trying to reach customer service was a complete hassle—it took weeks just to get a reply. When they finally got back to me, they didn't even refund all my money. What a hassle!

Bought my device almost a year ago and still haven't used it. Didn't realize I was signed up for a $99 yearly subscription. Missed the charge two weeks later. Just noticed a $109 charge from Fixd a couple days ago. Tried calling, but they directed me to their website for refunds. Went through endless pages and links with no luck. Turned to PayPal for help, but they couldn't do anything. Frustrated, I went back to the Fixd site and used their chat bot. Had to threaten to report them to the BBB to finally get a refund. What a hassle!

Got this OBD device for $19, but my card got hit with $44, then $126 yesterday, and another $99 today. What’s going on, Fixed? It's crazy expensive for something that's supposed to be just $19. Can't even use it 'cause apparently, I don't have an account yet. And now they say if I don't act fast, I might lose my account to use the device. Total scam! They just keep taking money. Bought it through Facebook, and I feel totally ripped off. Avoid this product at all costs. It’s a total money trap. Don’t waste your cash on this junk!

I thought the FIXD device would be a great way to keep an eye on my car's health. Well, it seemed to work fine initially. But then, out of nowhere, I see a $99.99 charge from FIXD AUTO on my credit card. I didn't buy anything extra, just the device. Now I'm stuck dealing with the hassle of disputing this unauthorized charge and potentially replacing my card. It's frustrating because I really wanted to like the product, but this shady business practice is a huge letdown. Makes me think twice about trusting them again.

So frustrating! The person I ended up talking to wasn’t helpful at all, kinda rude actually. Felt like they just wanted to brush me off. Just plain wrong

I received this as a gift, and I’m a 70-year-old senior who’s been swindled! Imagine my shock when I saw $99 taken from my account without my consent. Seriously, how can companies just take money like that? I feel so cheated and violated. I’m planning to take this issue to the local TV station, maybe they can help me get my money back. This is just unacceptable. If anyone's thinking about buying from here, be careful. No one should have to deal with unauthorized charges. Just plain wrong.

Man, what an experience. Thought I was getting a good deal at $60, but when I checked my statement, it was $107! They tacked on a premium service fee and even added another device and service to my order after I checked out. I tried to cancel right away, but they claimed it had already shipped, just an hour after placing the order. Felt so frustrated, like they scammed me. Definitely not shopping here again. I recently got this device and it’s been a headache from the start. So many issues popped up, it was ridiculous. Trying to get help from customer service was like shouting into the void – barely any response. The worst part? I noticed a $106.99 subscription charge and tried to cancel it the next day.
