    I picked up a FIXD

I picked up a FIXD device hoping to keep my truck in check, but it turned out to be a real headache. Tried setting it up, but my truck couldn't detect it at all. Dug into troubleshooting tips, switched up some settings, and still, nothing. Customer support suggested the usual steps, which didn’t help, and the device remained a dud. I even gave it a shot with our other car, but there was no light, no sign of life. I reached out to support several times for a refund, but they just stopped responding. Honestly, it feels like I wasted my money. This experience has left me disappointed, and I can't recommend the FIXD device or this company to anyone.

    Frustrating time

I recently had a frustrating experience with a company that charged my bank card $169.89 without my permission. I was shocked to see the unexpected charge and immediately contacted my bank to dispute it. They're on it and even suggested lodging a police report, which I did. Honestly, it's disappointing to see a company operate like this. It feels like they're taking advantage of their customers, and it’s just not right. I trusted them, and they let me down big time. It's a real hassle dealing with the aftermath of their actions. Companies should be better than this, and it's a shame they aren't. I hope no one else has to go through what I did.

    Such a frustrating experience

I can't believe how frustrating this experience has been! At first, the product seemed fantastic and worked really well. But when I decided to cancel it, everything went downhill. Despite canceling almost a year ago, they keep charging me over $100 annually. It's been such a hassle trying to get my money back, and I'm at my wit's end. From what I've read in other reviews, it seems like the only way out might be to close my credit card so they stop charging me. To the company: you really need to change your policies and stop scamming customers. The customer service has been awful too. Save yourself the headache and avoid this product.

    I've been using this app

I've been using this app for a couple weeks now, thinking it was solid. But then, out of nowhere, it suddenly threw 8 error codes at me, even though my check engine light stayed off. I was skeptical, so I double-checked with two other sources, including a local auto parts store, and they found nothing wrong. Tried reaching out to customer service twice. Their replies were just my own messages bounced back with a weird note: ##- Please type your reply above this line -##. Felt like I was talking to a wall. It's disappointing, and I can't see myself using this app again. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for reliable diagnostics.

I initially tried out their app with the free trial of the premium service and was pretty impressed. It seemed to work perfectly, scanning and clearing codes without any issues. But then I decided to cancel before the $100 annual fee kicked in. That's when everything went downhill. The app suddenly stopped working properly, and the scanner became useless. It wouldn't let me clear any codes, and the whole thing felt like a scam. I reached out to their customer service to complain about this, but I got no response whatsoever. It's really frustrating, and I regret ever trying it out. Feels like they just want to trap you into paying.

    I thought I had canceled

I thought I had canceled my subscription last year, but surprise, surprise, there's another charge on my card this year. It's like this company just won't let go. Even after taking al l the steps to cancel, they still managed to use my credit card info without my permission. I ended up having to block them through my credit card company. It's frustrating because even a fraud alert didn't stop this from happening. Before you think about buying from them, do some research. It's like being stuck in a never-ending loop, and the only way out seems to be getting a new card. Just a heads-up, be cautious and stay clear of this mess.

    I thought I'd give this

I thought I'd give this app a shot, especially since they had a $50 offer for the year. Figured it might be useful for those pesky engine codes. But man, what a letdown. When I tried to cancel the subscription, they dangled a 50% discount for the renewal. Sounded great, right? Except when I got charged, it was the full amount, not the discounted price they promised. By the time I realized, it was too late to do anything. They didn't honor their offer at all. Sure, some might find the code reader handy, but for me, it didn’t match up to what they advertised. Feels like they’re just not playing fair with their customers.

I thought I was getting a great deal on a new computer, but things turned sour fast. The initial price seemed unbeatable, but then I started getting hit with charges for some so-called premium service I never wanted. It was set to auto-renew, of course, which felt sneaky. When I reached out to sort it out, the customer service was far from helpful. They were dismissive, almost like they couldn't care less about the problem. It was frustrating to feel ignored and stuck with a service I didn’t need. In the end, the whole experience left me feeling duped and regretting my purchase. Definitely not what I expected.

    Realy not cool

Okay, so I decided to try out FIXD, seemed like a neat gadget for keeping tabs on my car’s health. Bought it for $20 through PayPal, all smooth until I noticed an extra charge of $107.99 on my account later. Wasn't expecting that at all! I immediately disputed it on PayPal, and thankfully got my money back, but it was quite a hassle. Just a heads up if you’re thinking about buying from them, double-check what you're getting charged for. It’s always better to be cautious and keep an eye on those transactions, you know? Overall, the product might be interesting, but the payment surprise was definitely not cool.

I want to share a little story about my recent online purchase. So, I ordered this nifty gadget called Fixd for just $29, thinking it would be a handy tool for my car. When it arrived, I was pretty excited. But then, the emails started pouring in—20 of them! At first, I thought it was just updates or something. Then I noticed my PayPal account getting charged $109 out of nowhere. I tried to sort it out with PayPal, but they couldn't help much. It felt like a total scam, and I just had to close my account to stop it. Honestly, it was a frustrating experience, and I'm just sharing this so others can be careful.

Then, bam, they hit me with an annual fee out of nowhere. I didn’t agree to that! It's like they’re playing games with my wallet. I tried reaching out, but it's like talking to a wall. You won't believe what just happened with Fixd! I was minding my own business, thinking everything was fine, when suddenly I see a charge for a premium service I never signed up for. I mean, come on, those features aren't even available here in Australia! Tried to sort it out by clicking their dispute link, but it's all automated nonsense. And those buttons to cancel the subscription and get a refund? Useless, they don't even work. It's like they're just there for show. Feels like I've been scammed, so I've had to get my bank involved to raise a dispute. It's been a frustrating experience, to say the least!

    I got a Fixd device

I got a Fixd device a couple of years ago, and honestly, it's been a headache. Managed to connect it once, but that was about it. Tried different cars and devices, but it just wouldn't work. Reached out to their customer support multiple times, but they never responded. Other OBD readers I've used connect without any issues, so it's definitely not my cars. Started contacting them just days after getting it, hoping for a refund or replacement, but it’s too late now. They never got back to me, so no luck there. Wouldn't recommend this device at all. Do your research, there are way better options out there.

I thought I'd try out this FIXD gadget, you know, to keep tabs on my car without constantly visiting the mechanic. But, wow, it’s not really what I expected. When I compared FIXD’s results to what the mechanic’s diagnostic tool showed, FIXD totally missed a bunch of issues. Plus, the app's kinda misleading—it makes you feel like you need to pay for a $99.99 annual subscription just to get any useful info or scan results. I’m still figuring out how to avoid that extra cost, if there's even a way. So far, it's been more hassle than help. I guess I was hoping for something more reliable and straightforward.

    Beware

Last month, I decided to give the Fixd OBD scanner a shot, grabbing it for what seemed like a bargain at $29.99. I was all set to keep an eye on my car's health. Fast forward to this month, imagine my surprise when I found a $109.99 charge on my account for some subscription I never signed up for. It was frustrating, to say the least. I felt like I'd been tricked into something I didn't want. If you're considering buying one, watch out for unexpected charges. It's annoying when companies aren't upfront about these things. Make sure you check the fine print or you might end up with a surprise like I did.

I've had Fixd for years, barely used it, but kept it just in case. This year, I get an invoice with no total. Strange, right? I questioned it and suddenly my subscription is canceled "at my request." Which I never did. I ask for proof and try logging into my account. They make me enter the same code four times. Fixd replies saying not to worry about duplicate charges. So, I check the BBB website, and guess what? They’re not members, which is fine, but they have an F rating. After this week's mess, I’m not shocked. I'll be posting my review there too. Hopefully, it’ll save someone else the trouble.

I was hit with a $100 charge for their "Premium" service, which I never expected. Contacting them did nothing, just like last year. And guess what, I got charged again this year! They emailed saying they won’t refund but promised to deactivate auto-renewal. Surprise, they didn’t. I had to log in myself, turn off auto-renewal, and even remove my payment info. Feels like a scam. Save yourself the headache and avoid this company. You can buy a handheld reader for less than what they charge yearly for this so-called premium subscription. In the end, you end up spending hundreds for basically nothing.

Bought this diagnostic tool for my car, hoping it would help me with maintenance. The device flagged a critical brake system issue, but everything seemed fine on my end. Spent ages trying to figure it out, only to find out from the company that it shouldn't even show an error unless my check engine light was on – which it wasn’t. No helpful answers from them, just a lot of wasted time. When I asked for a return, they ignored their own 30-day money-back policy and stopped replying to my emails. Super frustrating. A few years back, I bought this for around $29. It didn't give me any useful info. Then out of nowhere, I noticed a $99.99 charge. I called them up, and they cancelled it and gave my money back. But then in November, they charged me again. I reached out, they cancelled my subscription again but refused to refund the money even though they initially said they would. Now, they won't even respond to my messages. This feels like a scam. Went to AutoZone instead, they did the diagnostic for free and gave me a printout for my mechanic who fixed it. I recently tried out this car diagnostic service, thinking it would be a one-time thing. Turns out, there's a sneaky subscription fee of $105 a year hidden in the fine print. It’s frustrating because you can just buy an OBD scanner for much less and get the same results. When I realized this, I canceled my subscription, but they refused to give me a refund. They give you a 2-week trial, but I never agreed to pay for anything more. It's just sneaky advertising.
