I honestly regret ordering from Yours Clothing. My return experience has been an absolute nightmare. I created my return over 10 days ago, and it took endless emails, messages, and waiting just to get a “label” that didn’t even work.
The barcode they sent me was not registered with Correos, so the post office couldn’t process the parcel. The label was missing the tracking number, and customer support took days to reply — when they replied at all. The chatbot is completely useless and only gives generic answers.
Returning an item should not be this complicated.
I won’t be shopping here again, and I honestly recommend others avoid the store until they fix their return process.
