Ugh, what a mess! I was lured in by the promise of weekend appointments, but ended up waiting till Wednesday for a slot. My dog had an eye infection, and instead of something new, the online vet suggested the same treatment I was already using. Frustratingly, the antibiotics they prescribed took almost two weeks to arrive, and by then, my dog's eye was already better. Now, I'm stuck in a loop trying to cancel my account, and it's like shouting into a void. No response at all. It's really disappointing, and I wish I'd stuck with my regular vet.
