I subscribed to Dutch this morning, excited to try their service, but my experience has been quite disappointing. First, I was never offered the $45 off new subscriptions that is currently advertised on their website. It feels misleading to promote a discount that I didn’t receive. I had a virtual consultation today for my dog's eye issue, which has occurred before. I clearly communicated this to the vet and mentioned what has worked in the past. However, the vet only took a very brief video view of perhaps 3 seconds before making a diagnosis of conjunctivitis. The prescribed treatment was oral Benadryl, which I felt was not appropriate given my dog's history. I pressed the vet to reconsider her treatment based on previous occurrences and the effective treatment we’ve used before, but she was unyielding. Instead, she suggested that I take my dog to a local clinic for further evaluation. In the end, I spent $137 for a service that I feel I could have received online for free. I expected more thorough care and consideration for my dog's specific needs. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Dutch based on this experience.

I recently stumbled upon this service, and let me tell you, it’s an absolute gem, especially if you’re trying not to break the bank. I’ve got three cats, and it’s always been a bit of a hassle finding affordable care that doesn’t compromise on quality. But this service? A game-changer. What’s really cool is the video feature – it’s like having a personal vet right there with you. My cats seem more relaxed too, maybe cause they sense I’m not stressed about the bill! It’s so comforting knowing I can get expert advice without spending a fortune. If you're a pet owner, you’ll appreciate how stress-free and wallet-friendly this service is.

I took my pets to the vet, and while the vet was amazing, the online experience left me scratching my head. They advertised a 20% off coupon for Apoquel, but when I tried to use it, the site said it wasn't valid. It was the only code I used, and it was supposed to work. Plus, signing up required way too much info about my pets, especially since I have three. Lots of repeated questions. Also, I could only make an appointment for one of my two dogs with the same issue. They did give me a $25 credit, so I’ll try that next time. Fingers crossed it works! The vet's great, but the website needs improvement.
