Simple process, quick appointment with the vet (no delay), Vet was patient and answered all my questions. I like that it works for all my animals. Got medicine the same day from a nearby pharmacy. Honestly, no problems at all. Definitely will use again. No hidden fees! I had doubts at first but my experience was AWESOME. Thanks a lot!!!
