I can't even log in to view my results!! And when you call you get a voicemail. When you finally talk to someone it's some rude woman who basically says it's not her problem and to just wait it out. 5 days ago I called and she told me it could take up to 10 days (which will exceed my 2-week mark for results). When I called back today, I got THE SAME answer. Tell me why I spent almost $1000 for a service I can't even access? I switched from another provider to CHC for what, my money to be thrown away? I am not happy.

Sometimes I needed reminders on how to read results, other times I had questions about the samples or IT issues. Every time, the staff were super kind and friendly. They really go out of their way to help. I even got a call back from the geneticist once, and he was incredibly helpful. Honestly, I can't recommend Paw Print Genetics and Canine Health Check enough. Their system is just top-notch, making everything so much easier.
