    The flowers looked really nice and were delivered a day before the date I asked for, which was good. My experience with your AI frank was not very smooth because I wanted the flowers sent early and he did not help much. He moved me to a live agent who then sent me back to him, and I never got a call back. They said an email would be sent about my request, but it never came. Bad customer service, but the flowers were really pretty!

    Do NOT order from them! My daughter had surgery, so my mother tried to send her flowers the day of. Lady on the phone said the delivery guy already left so it would be next day. No problem. Next day comes, no flowers. Day after that my mother calls them, they say they’ll be delivered today. They did come today. In a smashed up box by fedex! Of course all the flowers are dead, there’s no water and it shipped out on Wednesday! SHIPPED! Plus, it wasn’t even an arrangement. I wouldn’t pay $15 at Safeway for these flowers.

    Got myself a golden snake plant, and honestly, it's become a bit of a star in my living room. This plant's got that sleek, cool vibe, and it's really thriving. Sometimes I wonder if it's getting enough water, 'cause the soil feels a bit dry, but there's still water in the reservoir, so I guess it's fine. I do wish it was a bit bigger, but I'm excited to see it grow over time. It's only been a couple of months since it moved in, so fingers crossed it sticks around. So far, it's doing great, and I'm pretty happy with it. Can't wait to see it flourish even more!
