I had been ill, and my plants were delivered, but they ended up dying because I was in the hospital, and nobody took them in for me. I spoke to Easy Plant, and they replaced all the plants that had perished. All they asked was that I took a picture to help them figure out which plants needed to be replaced. The plants are doing wonderfully now, and they are growing so fast that I didn't even realize they were the same plants! I would definitely recommend Easy Plant to anyone. Their customer service is awesome, and even though the plants might be a little pricey, they are so beautiful!

We got lots of plants from easyplant, like nine of them, all different sizes. Their plants are good, they look nice and are easy to keep alive. You just need to give them water once a month, and they'll be fine. Sometimes there are problems, but the easyplant people are helpful. They gave us good advice on how to take care of a rubber tree and a ficus altissima. One of our plants got messed up during shipping, but they sent us a new one right away. I like that they care about their plants and their customers.

This company is okay. The plant arrived quite fast and intact. Setting it up was simple. It was a bit dirty out of the box, but that's normal and easy to clean. Had trouble with the water not draining after about 10 days. Contacted support late at night, around 9-10 pm, and got a quick reply. Gerson helped me fix the issue after chatting for a bit.

Arrived on death’s door and looks more horrid after a month of careful care. Not even sure all of the fronds were rooted. Some just seemed to be stuck in dirt. I will never buy from them again. I gave it one extra star for the planter though, because when this sucker finally kicks for good I’ll use it for another one.
