    I had some inquiries regarding plant care, and reaching out to the company was a breeze. They were incredibly responsive, taking the time to analyze the photos I provided and offering invaluable advice. When a minor hiccup occurred with my plant order, they exceeded expectations in rectifying the situation. Their efforts went above and beyond, and I am truly grateful for their exceptional assistance. Despite having no prior experience with this nursery, I am more than willing to place another order with them in the future.

    In brief, I purchased a tree, unfortunately, it didn't make it. The company, to their credit, promptly contacted me and not only sent me a replacement tree from their current stock but also refunded the price difference (albeit the replacement was slightly shorter, but that didn't bother me). Over the years, I've acquired several trees from them, such as a blue star juniper, weeping peach, and wisteria tree, among others. I must say, all these trees are flourishing beautifully.

    In my opinion, the company did okay.

    In my opinion, the company did okay. I bought a tree, it died, but they did contact me and sent another one from their stock. They also gave back some money because this tree was a bit smaller, but that's fine by me. I got a few other trees from them like blue star juniper, weeping peach, and wisteria over the years. They're all doing well.

    We needed help with our plants.

    We needed help with our plants. Contacting them was simple, they looked at our pictures and offered helpful advice. They went beyond what we expected to fix a problem with our order. They did extra, and we're grateful. We didn't know this nursery before, but we'd buy from them again.

    Honeysuckle vine came, leaves yellow/brown

    Honeysuckle vine came, leaves yellow/brown and dropped. Emailed twice, sent pics. Support said just looks bad. It was fungal. Customer service no help. Complained to Walmart, got refund before return closed. Brighter Blooms should've sent healthy replacement.

    I got my plants yesterday and they were

    I got my plants yesterday and they were in poor condition. When I opened the box, the first plant I pulled out was dying. Then a second was in the same condition, then a 3rd. I ordered 7 plants and 4 of them were in bad shape. I've ordered from them twice and this is the last time because once the plants were good, once they were bad, and now again they were bad. I spent over $230 on this order and I can only imagine how much money they've made doing business like this. I'm done ordering from them.

    I wouldn’t recommend buying from here. The staff are nice, but they don’t really assist much. They sent me a dead plant and just kept telling me to water it. I’ve been gardening for years and it’s completely dead. I’m having a hard time getting a refund even with their guarantee. The other plant I ordered never arrived, and they told me it was backordered, though they couldn’t say when. If I hadn’t called, they probably wouldn’t have refunded me for that one either. Very unprofessional company.

    I bought apple trees

    I bought apple trees from Brighter Blooms, enticed by their promise of a one-year warranty. Unfortunately, when one of the trees didn't make it through the winter, I was shocked to find out that they were asking for nearly $70 to replace it, not to mention additional charges for tax and shipping. This so-called warranty felt far from reassuring. Contrastingly, I picked up an apple tree from Lowe's at a total cost of $34 with tax. To my surprise, the Lowe's tree is more than twice the size of the ones sent by Brighter Blooms, and it's the same variety. The Lowe's tree is flourishing with an abundance of leaves, making it absolutely stunning. In my experience, I would advise against purchasing from Brighter Blooms. Although they may have had a good reputation in the past, it seems that they are now under different management, and the quality and value have taken a noticeable dip. Save yourself the disappointment and explore other options.
