Got scammed. Order never arrived.

Scam! Order never arrived. Ordered flowers. I spent a little over $100. I was told they would be delivered same day to my wife on our anniversary. It's two days later and now the weekend and no flowers. I think I just got scammed out of $100. My recommendation is to go elsewhere, anywhere else! Ray

I ordered flowers for a funeral same day delivery. I got the email to track my order and when I did 4 hours after I ordered and they said delivery delay will be delivered the next day by closing. I paid a premium for same day delivery. This is called bait and switch for them to make more money

Never delivered my mom’s birthday flowers!

The website shows that they were out for delivery and that they were delivered but no one ever brought my mom her birthday flowers. She was crying on the phone with me last night. They say it will take 48 hours and they will either refund it or deliver new ones but they don’t seem like enough for such a blunder.

They mentioned that the $9.99 return fee would be waived. Now, it’s been around 10 hours and I still haven't received the label. I am getting frustraded. For a company that claims returns are simple, it’s not looking good.

Even though I paid more for delivery, the person receiving the flowers wasn’t going to be home, so she went to get the order herself. They added extra lilies to the bouquet (which I was told looked lovely) to make up for it. One thing I wonder is why I was charged in US dollars when I live in Canada, the florist is Canadian, and the recipient lives in Canada too?
