    Ordering and selecting flowers on the website was a breeze. The arrangement closely resembled the picture, although it appeared shorter. The florist added extra touches to the balloon arrangement for our special occasion, which we truly appreciated. However, our main concern was the communication aspect. Despite multiple inquiries, the tracker failed to update, resulting in a missed opportunity to capture the surprise. We were somewhat disappointed about that. Despite this, I would consider ordering through this website again, given the overall positive experience and lovely arrangements.

    I'm happy the flowers made it to the funeral. It was quite hard for me. I got many inquiries to confirm the place and time of the service. My answers were turned down. I called and the wait time was long, so I asked for a call back. Eventually, I was called but was instantly dropped. I had to call back and hold for 45 minutes. I ended up spending a lot of time trying to sort this out when I had already shared the details. Also, I never got a confirmation of the delivery. Had to check with the guests a few days later. It wasn't a good experience.

    The flowers were nice, but the delivery tracking was poor. The flowers arrived at 7:45AM, but I didn’t get confirmation until after 10:00AM, when they were supposed to be there before 10:00AM for a funeral. The customer service was not helpful either. They only said that the driver was not answering, and a ticket was created. I felt quite uneasy about the whole situation.

    The flowers were nice, and the balloon

    The flowers were nice, and the balloon and chocolates were great too. I paid for express delivery and expected the flowers to arrive before midday. Unfortunately, they came in the late afternoon, which was a bit of a letdown. It would be better if you could refund the fast delivery charge. Besides that, my friend really liked the flowers.

    The delivery went well and the flowers looked good. But comparing the photo of the flowers which were delivered with the photo of the flowers I ordered, I couldn't help but notice the number of flowers in your photo was more than what was delivered. What was it I got for my $10 deluxe?

    Flowers were beautiful and reasonably priced. Happy with quality and value. Sad it was delivered a day late for Mother’s Day, but company told me about the delay ahead of time and explained it to my mother, who understood. So, overall, I would order from this company again!

    The service was really good! I ordered from West Chester Pennsylvania to Onancock Virginia for next-day delivery. The order arrived before 10:30 AM and looked really nice. The website was easy to use too. I'd suggest it. The flowers were nice and the service was good.

    You didn’t check what kind of card to include – the card you sent said sorry for the loss of your father!! That was not right at all. Please ask what card to add and don’t guess. Other than that, the flowers looked nice and matched the description.

    I bought flowers here for the first time and was told if I put in my email, I’d get a discount with a code they sent. When I tried the code, it said it was no longer valid. Also, KEEP IN MIND THIS IS A USA COMPANY AND YOU PAY IN US$; the site doesn’t make this very clear.

    My daughter got me a bouquet of flowers

    My daughter got me a bouquet of flowers, the sunflowers, for Mother’s Day. The website showed sunflowers and hydrangeas. On the Saturday before Mother’s Day, I got a dozen roses instead. They came in different colors, and five of the 12 flowers had broken heads and were already wilting. We called to fix the problem and got a ticket number, but never got a return call. We left a review on their site, but it never appeared. Be careful, this company is really bad.

    Complete Scam

    This company was terrible from start to finish. First, I made an order on their website. A popup appeared offering a $10 discount to join their mailing list, which could be used on the first order. So I opted in to get the discount. I received an email a few minutes later with the discount code, but when I tried to use it, the code was expired. I called customer service and waited on the phone for 14 minutes, all the while the automated voice was telling me I was next and my hold time was "15 seconds." When I asked for a functional discount code I was transferred to another person, who transferred me to a third person, who attempted to transfer to someone else before I demanded she respond to the situation. She ended up offering me a discount to place the order over the phone, which I did. Delivery was scheduled for the next morning. I was very specific that it needed to be delivered in the morning and there was an option to "expedite" delivery for the morning. She wrote "morning delivery" on the order, but apparently did not include the expedited fee, so my order was not expedited as I requested. I did not discover this until 1pm the next day when I called to find out where my order was and what happened to the "morning delivery" instructions. I was told that my order was out for delivery at that moment and the rep said she would contact the driver to see when it was scheduled to be delivered. I waited several minutes while she contacted the driver. She eventually returned and said that the colored flowers I ordered were no longer available and asked which cover I would like to switch to. I said "wait, you told me it was out for delivery, but now you are saying they don't have the color, meaning it is clearly not out for delivery. So which is it? She said it was being "loaded on the truck" but they needed to know which color change (which means it was not being loaded because it had not yet been created). She then told me there would be an EXTRA $15 fee for the new color. At this point I demanded a refund. While all this was going on, and while I was on hold, their automated phone system kept saying that I could go to a specific domain page on their site to check tracking, but that page didn't exist. Additionally, my confirmation email also had two "links" to click on to check status or contact the company, but neither them of them worked. This company was poorly run and poorly managed. Very disappointed. This company is a scam. Avoid at all costs!
