Bad business
They are really close to being a scam. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. Communication had been horrendous. It took HOURS & HOURS of my time. After I rec'd an email stating they could not deliver next day (but still charged me for next day!), I called & I was caller #27. When they called back several hours later, I was connected me to another ?department? & then I was cut off. When I called back, I was caller #30! When they returned my call several hours later again, I was again connected me to another ?dept? & I eventually got a voice mail tone. I tried chatting & emailing but neither solved my problem. And their $39.99 for next day delivery was not honored. I ordered & paid for next day delivery on Friday April 5,2025. They did not honor what I paid for nor reimburse me for that amount. I also wanted reimbursed for the $10 tip I had originally added. Due to the terrible communication etc. But no refund for that either. You did not even deliver it on April 8th which was still not next day, but I said ok to April 8. You delivered it THURSDAY April 10,2025, TWO days after the second promised date. NO communication was sent me for the delay. You finally said you would give me a $10 refund! THEN what they received was NOT what the picture looked like online. And it says it came from Wine & Country, but it did not come from there. You only bought their basket. This is false to use their name & wrapping when it did not come from them. They also tout their EXPERT designer etc. But the pkg arrived in a box, not in any arrangement as the online picture showed. I am disputing the entire amount with my credit card company. And I am leaving a bad review for them. If I had read the reviews BEFORE I ordered, then I would not even had ordered from you. That was my mistake. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
