    Bad business

    They are really close to being a scam. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. Communication had been horrendous. It took HOURS & HOURS of my time. After I rec'd an email stating they could not deliver next day (but still charged me for next day!), I called & I was caller #27. When they called back several hours later, I was connected me to another ?department? & then I was cut off. When I called back, I was caller #30! When they returned my call several hours later again, I was again connected me to another ?dept? & I eventually got a voice mail tone. I tried chatting & emailing but neither solved my problem. And their $39.99 for next day delivery was not honored. I ordered & paid for next day delivery on Friday April 5,2025. They did not honor what I paid for nor reimburse me for that amount. I also wanted reimbursed for the $10 tip I had originally added. Due to the terrible communication etc. But no refund for that either. You did not even deliver it on April 8th which was still not next day, but I said ok to April 8. You delivered it THURSDAY April 10,2025, TWO days after the second promised date. NO communication was sent me for the delay. You finally said you would give me a $10 refund! THEN what they received was NOT what the picture looked like online. And it says it came from Wine & Country, but it did not come from there. You only bought their basket. This is false to use their name & wrapping when it did not come from them. They also tout their EXPERT designer etc. But the pkg arrived in a box, not in any arrangement as the online picture showed. I am disputing the entire amount with my credit card company. And I am leaving a bad review for them. If I had read the reviews BEFORE I ordered, then I would not even had ordered from you. That was my mistake. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

    Wish I could leave no stars

    I decided to order from this company based on the positive reviews. First, they told me there was a two day delay due to supply issues, which was no problem. I was not in a rush. I just got another call saying due to the delay on their end, I would need to pay another $25 if I wanted the flowers delivered. I asked why I was being charged extra for a delay on their end, and was told that was the way it was, sorry. I asked them to cancel the order, which they claim they did. I was deeply sad because I was ordering these for my parents who are having serious medical issues right now. Still not sure how a delay on their end, means I have to pay more. They had already charged me over $20 in additional fees on top of an expedited delivery fee which was supposed to guarantee next day delivery, which they did not refund in spite of a 2 day delivery delay on their end and now another $25. Their prices look low on their website, but they seem to hold your flowers hostage until you pay more money. I will not use their service again. So sad, because the pictures looked beautiful.

    THEY LEAVE FLOWERS IN THE HEAT TO DIE and REFUSE to MAKE IT RIGHT

    On August 1st I ordered anniversary flowers for my brother and his wife to be delivered August 10th. I provided them with the correct address and a PHONE NUMBER. On August 11th I hadn't heard from my brother so I asked him if he received the flowers. They did not as they are out of town. I called Sunny Flowers and asked them why they didn't call them, especially since no one was home and they left the flowers in the heat (they died). Sunny Flowers even says in their order confirmation to me says "For successful delivery, we require a phone number of the recipient regardless if delivering as a surprised gift or going to a business, hospital, hotel, school, and other non-residential locations. " They didn't call. If they had, my niece, who lives three doors down from my brother, could have taken the in. When I called Sunny Flowers they refused to send another bouquet or issue me a refund. They offered me "$5 coupon for your next order". Uh, there will not be a "next order". They have no common sense and no customer service. DO NOT USE THEN.

    Absolute garbage scam!

    I ordered from SunnyFlowerDelivery.com, because they were the only company that could deliver the day I wanted. I received an order confirmation email. However, the email button to track your order said that there was no record of the order #, even though I checked it on the day of alleged delivery. I then called customer service and was on hold for 1 hour and 10 minutes, only the then be automatically transferred to a voicemail to leave a recording!! I emailed customer service and also contacted their chatbot - who said delivery was on schedule and provided a tracking #. However, the tracking # was for FedEx and saying my package was in Missouri(?!) despite the delivery set for Arizona! I called the other number for new orders and got connected to a foreign call center representative, who flat-out lied saying he was located at a local florist shop in Arizona. I'm calling my credit card company now to halt/refund the payment and flag it as the SCAM that it is!

    DONT FALL FOR THIS SHADY SCAM COMPANY!!!

    I ordered flowers for my Mother on my Dads death anniversary as they advertised same day floral delivery. After checking out I noticed my delivery address had the wrong city. I tried calling their “24/7 support line”, no answer and hangs up. Tried “edit my order” tab, doesn’t work. Tried with the “cancel my order” tab well before any real processing at a florist could take place, “can’t find order” displays . I tried the chat function on their website and it’s completely worthless. They had the nerve to call me back 24 hours after I placed the order to “let me know the order is processing” after I emailed them twice about needing help with editing or cancelling the order. Conveniently they also have a cancel up to 24 hours after ordering policy so that explains that. Save yourself the headache and just use literally any other place on earth for all your flowering needs.

    Shady Company

    While placing an order a popup appeared that said if I entered my email address I'd receive $10 off. I did, and got the code via email. At checkout I found that the code was expired. I called the company to try to rectify the first order but couldn't get through. I had to cancel the order and do a Google search to find a valid code. I placed a second order using the code I found. Since then the company keeps calling me and hanging up, however, they're calling my CELL PHONE, which I used to call them. They're NOT calling the landline number I used for my order. When I finally got in touch with them after several attempts and several calls from them they claimed they were calling me to verify my order. But again, they were calling a number that WASN'T on my order.

    This company is a scam. I was charged 153$ for a Mother’s Day bouquet. First off the bouquet didn’t arrive on Mother’s Day and the bouquet was 1/4 the size of what was pictured when ordered. After a little digging I learned that the florist that made the bouquet was paid 65$ for the flowers and this shady company pocketed the rest. Customer service was very hard to get in touch with. And when I finally got intouch with them. They offered me 15% (20$) I was told that she couldn’t see how much the bouquet cost and she would have to check with someone else. But later in the conversation she quoted the price and assured me it was in usd not Canadian. Save yourself the money, time and disappointment. This company is absolute garbage.

    Unreliable and Unprofessional – Completely Let Me Down!

    I placed an order for a celebration of life arrangement—an incredibly important and time-sensitive occasion—and this company completely failed me. Not only did they not deliver, but they also never even called to inform me they couldn’t fulfill the order. I only found out when it was too late, leaving me scrambling at the last minute. This is beyond unacceptable. A company that handles floral arrangements for meaningful events should understand the importance of communication and reliability. Instead, they showed zero professionalism and zero accountability. If you’re looking for a florist you can actually depend on, look elsewhere—this one clearly doesn’t care about their customers or the occasions that matter most.

    Absolutely unsatisfactory.

    I ordered flowers for my mom, picking exactly what I wanted, but at checkout, they tried to push extra items on me. The flowers arrived a day late and didn’t even resemble what I had chosen. When I called, they said they’d fix it by giving me $15 off and letting me keep the arrangement. Seriously? The order was far from what I picked, and it came in a flimsy plastic vase instead of the basket I chose. The company rep mentioned their design team decided what to send. Their design team chooses what they think I like???? Seems like they should just deliver what I ordered, not what their team believes is best.

    I paid $125 for flowers for my grandmother for my grandfather passing away. She received flowers that were not what I paid for that are only about $30 to $ $40 flowers. No sympathy card contacted them. Had them email me and it's been a week or so and still no response. If I could give them zero Stars I would gladly do that because this is the worst flower company I've ever gone through and will not refer to anyone. Tell him to stay away. Just go to a grocery store and get flowers for your family because this company steals from you. They don't send out the flyers just they're supposed to

    No delivery - Scam

    Order a birthday arrangement to be delivered same day. Received email and text delivered. Received phone call from recipient that no delivery was received (they work from home). Called company - 1 hour on hold with no response. Put in several claims with company and wrote email - no response. Called the next day, waited 15 minutes only to be hung up on by company. Responded to text and got a response that they would resend. Told them I was holding payment until confirmation of delivery. No response from company and no delivery again. Total Scam!!

    Despite paying an extra $5.99

    Despite paying an extra $5.99 for expedited delivery, my order arrived late and was missing the promised balloons. Instead, they delivered someone else's order with just one balloon that had a different name on it. The floral arrangement was subpar, featuring two roses, three chrysanthemum-like flowers, three daisy-like ones, and one mini carnation. My complaint about the $108 order received no response, leaving me frustrated. I strongly advise against using this flower shop, as they neglect orders and ignore customer concerns.

    Don't waste your money

    Call the local florist directly. Companies like Sunny Flowers ask how much you would like to spend on flowers (let's say it's $150), they then call the local florist with all of your info and ask for flowers and gifts of $100 dollars. When a picture of the flowers is sent from the recipient to the sender in gratitude the sender realizes that the flowers don't match the request and are often smaller than what was intended, making the local florist look bad. Their google listings also look local when they are not.

    I'VE BEEN CATFISHED!!!

    Do not use this flower "company". They are not accredited by the better business bureau and do not deliver what is ordered. I spent over $80 on what I thought would be a large, beautiful bouquet of lilies. What was delivered was a small arrangement of 7 carnations and 3 pink roses that looked to be worth $20. Customer service is unresponsive and "phishy" and would not give me a full refund or deliver what I ordered.

    Scam-DO NOT USE!!!!!!

    Order was placed (2/1) card was charged 2/1, a day of delivery was given on 2/1 for 2/4. Called the business early afternoon on 2/4 and was told the arrangement was out for delivery. Never received notification of delivery. Called again at 6:15 talked to a foreigner who said the arrangement had been SHIPPED. It would be delivered when it was delivered . Safe yourself some time and do not use this company.

    The Valentine's Day flowers I ordered

    The Valentine's Day flowers I ordered from sunnyflowerdelivery never arrived, despite their claim that my wife confirmed delivery, which is untrue. I requested a refund, but the promised contact from billing never happened after a week. Disappointed with the service and won't consider using them again. $118 down the drain. If zero stars were an option, I would choose it.

    100% customer satisfaction, 2 day delivery window. Failed on both. Flowers delivered a day after Mothers day on the 13th, ordered on the 10th. Delivered a different arrangement than what was ordered. only offered 5-15 dollars off my next order on a $100 dollar original order. I would never use this service again. stick with a local Florist you trust instead.

    Terrible service

    Not only did they not provide the advertised same day service. What they delivered was not even close to what I ordered. I ended up paying $77.23 for 8 roses in a dollar store vase. I have contacted them 4 times since the delivery and I have gotten no response. If I get a follow up from them, I will update this review. I will never use this service again.

    SCAM - Flowers NEVER got delivered in Atlanta after calling 2x - paid extra for them to be delivered early - woman was rude - would not give me a refund & kept putting me on hold in the hopes I’d go away - self service customer portal is like a bottomless pit - goes nowhere - do not order from this company

    The website says same day delivery if you order before a certain time. I tried to do that and ordered several hours before the deadline, then was told no same delivery and they will do it the next day. I will never use them. They should not advertise same day delivery if that is not what they do.

    Never delivered

    Ordered Get Well Flowers on a Monday before noon for same day delivery. By Tuesday at 4:30, no delivery, no response to my email inquiries. Stay away from this company. They are scammers. Trying to get a refund now.

    misleading delivery date

    Ordered from this company because they promised christmas eve delivery; the flowers arrived Dec. 26th or 27th. Very hard to get customer service during or after the period. Dont use them.
