Overall, my experience was positive. There was a minor shipping issue with the light, but it was resolved swiftly. The tent, exhaust, carbon filter, and other equipment took around 10-14 days to arrive after ordering, with the light arriving about 2 weeks later. While this delay was slightly frustrating, I was reassured that the light was on its way.
I must highlight the excellent customer service I received throughout this process. They were incredibly helpful and responsive, even outside regular business hours. Whenever I emailed them, I received fairly quick responses, which was reassuring.
So far, the equipment is performing as expected, and my plants seem happy. Despite the minor hiccup with shipping times, I'm satisfied with the product quality and the attentive customer service.
