    When I had a problem with a product I got and shared my concerns, I really liked how the customer service agent, Ashlie, took me seriously and gave me a refund, no hassle or arguing. This is very different from other Telehealth companies I dealt with lately who just vanish after getting your money. This kind of honesty is hard to find in a company these days, especially online. I would definetly use them again for my future Telehealth needs because they listen to customers instead of ignoring issues, plus the fast shipping, quick customer service, easy-to-use website, clear prices, and overall great company.     Long story short is that they have serious shipping problems. The first shipment came as expected. It’s now been over two months and I have not received the next shipment. It is so bad that they actually sent the third prescription to the pharmacy before the second even shipped. I have send countless messages , and while they do respond , the issue is still not fixed. I cancelled today. This company is not reliable. It truly baffles the mind how they can be this bad. They even tried to pass the buck by saying the pharmacy lost their license to ship to my State. Hmmm , would you do business with a company that lost their listened?
