I first wrote a negative review. But after contacting customer service, a man named Chris helped me solve several problems with the technology and explain the process clearly. This company and many others really need people like Chris. With all the steps and complications in modern systems, it’s easy to feel stuck and give up. Most of the time, we just deal with it quietly.
TODAY, it was a nice surprise to speak with someone who cares about the process, cares about his company, and cares about good customer service. Chris turned my usual stress into a great experience.
