I had a problem because my parcel disapeared after dpd
I had a problem because my parcel disapeared after dpd didn’t do what I asked about where to leave it. This wasn’t numan’s mistake at all. I got help from a lady called Tacharna from numan customer support. She was really nice and respectful, and she really got why I was upset. She done everything she could and got it all sorted fast. I now have a new parcel coming and can carry on with my treatmant. 10/10 service!

A very trustworthy and solid company. I’ve tried several others before for buying my weight loss meds. Numan is by far the best I’ve found. The app is simple to navigate and the delivery was neat, with a clear info leaflet and a sharps box included. They also provide good ongoing help if needed. Really great!
