The culture at FamilyWize is one of excitement and teamwork.
by J

The culture at FamilyWize is one of excitement and teamwork. We are always aiming to achieve more. The small company size allows you to take on different roles and have your voice herd at any level. Work/life balance is great -- expect to be inspired to do quality work while maintaining boundaries between work life and personal life. Cons As a small company that is growing/expanding, expect some growing pains. Flexibility is a must.

FamilyWize has undergone a resurgence
by Anonymous

FamilyWize has undergone a resurgence in recent years and experienced substantial growth. The company's mission permeates every level, from the CEO's thoughtful choices to the team's proactive approach. My colleagues are intelligent, enjoyable, and deeply enthusiastic about their work. Even though I graduated years ago, this is one of the most enjoyable workplaces I've experienced.

This company has a strong mission
by Tom

This company has a strong mission, doing good work in a for-profit setting. Pay is competitive. The team is great, with some local staff in Bethlehem and others working remotely, which is positive. No company is perfect, but I liked this job. No big cons.

There are limited job opportunities available
by Former

The work environment here is very positive, with employees treated with respect and valued as individuals rather than just numbers. However, as a small company, there are limited job opportunities available.
