The company is quick with their responses and puts in a lot of effort to match you with the right therapist. They genuinely care and go out of their way to offer mental health support. I was pleased with their fast and empathetic approach and their dedication to finding a suitable therapist. One thing to note is that finding the right match might take some time, as not every therapist will be the perfect fit. I found this out and eventually connected with someone who really understood my needs.
