Miserable company

I ordered a while back and cancelled the subscription. That was difficult, but it didn't work. They placed another order, I am trying to cancel it, and it is coming any way. I to refuse it, wait until they get it back before I get my refund. I will never do business with them again. Zero Stars aren't an option.

Unauthorized Charges/Can’t Cancel

I tried ScoreBlue’s product. No effect. I requested the prescription cancelled and auto ship cancelled with both a live agent and via email. Next day ScoreBlue didn’t cancel the script or autoship. ScoreBlue changed me another monthly fee but has not shipped the product. I asked to cancel the shipment and refund the charges. ScoreBlue will not due either. I will have to protest the charge with VISA. Avoid ScoreBlue. ScoreBlue gives a bad name to online prescription ordering😡😡😡
