    Six weeks and still no bike, 2 missed ETAs. Multiple calls requesting an update, no returned call. They gladly take your money, Eventually bike up your bike, clearly delivery is something else. Be afraid.

    I had an issue with my Scorpion Helmet from Chromeburner when a part broke unexpectedly. I reached out to their support team, and Daniel Kaiser stepped in to help. He not only got in touch with the manufacturer to secure the replacement parts I needed, but he also sent an extra one just in case something goes wrong again. I was truly impressed by how far Daniel went to make sure I was taken care of. It's not every day you find someone who genuinely cares about helping you out, and his dedication to resolving my problem was absolutely top-notch. It felt like he really went out of his way to provide outstanding customer service.

    I was pretty excited about the great prices on the website, but things took a turn when I got hit with unexpected customs fees. That totally threw me off, and the delivery ended up taking much longer than I thought. I reached out to customer service, but it took them 11 days to get back to me. Honestly, I was relieved to hear back at all after reading some other reviews where folks didn’t even get a reply. It was a bit of a mixed experience overall, and I wish I knew about those extra charges beforehand. The waiting and unexpected costs kind of overshadowed the initial excitement of a good deal.
