This company is really good. Their product, the Babymaker 2, is priced well compared to others. It has really good parts. It's lighter and rides nicer than other bikes like it. It's easy to use and doesn't need much upkeep. The sales team isn't around much, but the service and tech department take care of everything, which is awesome. They're super helpful and answer all questions. Plus, the bike is put together in the USA!

Rolling smoothly! My BM1 Pro has been my trusty companion for 2 years. Recently swapped out the tires after clocking 5,000+ km. With a touch of metal polish, the sterling and chrome finish still gleams like it's fresh from the showroom. Daily rides and a regular ferry commute to Sydney CBD haven't worn it down. The added leather saddle and chrome fenders give it an authentic, stylish vibe. Regards!

Rize eBikes' Fixie single speed is a good bike, similar to BM2, but cheaper. My family has both, they're both great lightweight single speeds.

Howdy. Had a good time dealing with the crew (especially Jeff). Ran into an issue with the controller, got it shipped in 4 days (SF to Spain). Only snag was I had to fork out for customs, but they cut me a deal.

I first supported a campaign on Indiegogo for the Superhuman Photon. At first, everything looked good as they had a FB group for feedback and updates were being shared regularly. Things seemed to be progressing well. However, they missed the September 2024 delivery date. I wasn’t really upset about it because I know manufacturing delays happen – but we never got any updates about it becoming an issue. By the end of December 2024, the bikes finally arrived and Superhuman started shipping them. Unfortunately, the timing was off, and mine showed up on Xmas Eve after I had tried several times to hold it due to holiday travel. No luck and SH’s support didn’t get back to me when I asked for help. This would’ve been a minor problem if the bike wasn’t so different from what they advertised: - It was promoted as a stealth bike, but the battery compartment was huge – it’s clearly an ebike now. - They said it would have 5 speeds, but it came with just 3. - It was advertised as weighing 38lbs, but it’s actually 48lbs. - The glow effect is just laughable. I’ve asked Superhuman for a refund, though I doubt I’ll hear back. Luckily, my bank has a one-year chargeback window, so I’ll go that route. Meanwhile, Rob, the owner, keeps posting ridiculous social media videos trying to look cool. I also bought a Shapeshifter as a gift and it came in terrible condition with one of the worst instruction manuals I’ve ever seen. It took nearly a month to get a single part they sent out that broke (because it was poorly made) during shipping. I didn’t gift it, and now I’m just waiting for warmer weather to sell it. Superhuman makes low-quality, mass-produced ebikes that cost more than the cheap ones you can find on Amazon. Avoid them.
