The communication was very good!

The communication was very good! The product arrived faster than I thought it would, and the trike (Panda) was packed really well in its big cardboard box. Putting it together was simple with the video guide on the site. I am very happy with the Perraro product and their service! I gave it 5-Stars but it deserves 9-Stars!

Good quality product.

Good quality product. The installation guide is really helpful. I only had some trouble attaching the seat to the shaft. The bolt broke, so I had to get a new one from a nearby bicycle store for $12.00 US. Overall, I’m happy with the nice quality Perrado Polar Electric Tricycle.

Good quality brake pads.

Good quality brake pads. My teen, who is 14, put them on without problems. We saved about $100 compared to the bike shop. The delivery was quick and free. Would reccomend!

The packed trike came, and I started putting it together. The guide didn’t always show the parts I had (seemed kind of old). The first video I found was a bit better but still looked outdated. Never could find the trike’s serial number. It was suposed to be where the book said. The second video helped more (it showed the same trike as mine). But some things were not talked about (like the front fork springs). How do you even use those? Anyway, after I finally got it built right, a big dissapointment because when it was time to turn it on—it wouldn’t. Trying to fix it didn’t work. Even troubleshooting with Mike, the Perraro support guy, was tricky. After lots of tries (including FaceTime calls), the Polar had to be replaced. They sent another base model. It seemed like one that had been sitting around and worked on. One bar under the back basket was bent, and the rear brake calipers were way too tight to fix normally. Had to call a bike/trike expert to take them off and swap them with the ones from the first base model. He said they were "worked on." Ended up paying over $150 just to get this Polar e-trike moving. At the end, I was just glad the electric system turned on right away. But then the back brakes made a loud sound (because of the caliper issue), slowing me down again. Now I’ve been riding it and figuring things out, and I am enjoying it.

The salesperson was very kind and helpful, answering all my questions in a professional way. He made the ordering process easy for me. I got my Panda eTrike faster than I thought I would, and I put it together myself (I'm 72) in just a few hours. The video was useful when the manual wasn't clear, even though it was a bit short. I had a small problem, and it took longer than I hoped for customer service to get back to me. But the issue was sorted out quickly and to my satisfaction. I like the design, strength, and how it works. The reverse feature is a great touch!

The packaging was damaged, and it showed the left fork. Some bolts were missing that connect the front fender to the trike. The product didn't seem as complete as I expected, with areas lacking paint. Quality control is important. Packaging is too. Is it too much to ask for the buyer to get their new product in a fresh box instead of a used one sealed with two tie-down straps and two rolls of packing tape? Quite embarrassing... not the kind of moment you want to capture for memories, but only as proof for a complaint.
