I visited Halfords garage on Winterstoke Road to get my tyre pressure checked and the front wheels balanced. Thanks to extra staff being available from my usual Halfords store on Locking Road, they were able to fit me in right away! Barry, Mike, and Lewis took care of everything in no time and did a good job. They made the experience smooth, and I plan to continue using their services. For me, trust is key.

I just had a call with the help line to cancel an order for tyre fitting at home, which I couldn’t complete because of a mistake on my part. The technician also mentioned that my current tyres were in good and legal shape. The call agent was Nicola, and she was very helpful. She cancelled the order and arranged the refund without any hassle. I can’t thank Nicola enough, her service was very good.

I ordered some mudguards to collect at a store in Newcastle. I couldn’t collect them as planned, so I went to the Carlisle store while in the North West and easily got the same item. My original order was refunded without any trouble. DOUGLAS provided great customer service. He is an older staff member, very skilled and freindly. Senior Management should notice and appreciate staff like this.

Went to Salfords at Marsh Mills Plymouth today. A nice lady named Jacqueline helped me. I want to praise her for her great customer care. She did more than expected to find the right part for my car. She wasn’t happy until she made sure everything was correct.

Went in to purchase yellow aerosol paint (S5-110) but was told they only keep one tin per store, which seemed odd. The staff member suggested I drive to other locations to gather what I needed, instead of ordering it in. I asked if they could order a few more for me, but was told to keep checking back myself. After being a regular customer for years, I’m quite dissapointed by how they handle stock

I scheduled a home fitting with Halfords for Sunday, and they confirmed the appointment from 8 am to 8 pm. At 4 pm, I received a call saying their fitter had to leave and the fitting was cancelled. I waited all day and was really annoyed. My advice is to stay away from Halfords and choose a different company.

Visited Halfords Crewe this morning to find some wax oil

Visited Halfords Crewe this morning to find some wax oil for under my car but couldn’t find any. Asked a young staff member at the counter and they had no idea what wax oil was. For a car and bike shop, the Crewe branch seems pointless to visit. Checked out their bike plugs – they only had a tiny amount, barely enough to fill a small tea caddy.
