Whether you're cruising around town or tackling the trails, this e-bike's got your back with plenty of power. Customizing it has made it a head-turner, and you're getting noticed everywhere you go. My Himiway Zebra started making a noise and vibrations from the motor. I contacted support and they had a new motor to me in a week and I was back in the saddle again. I so appreciate the good service and feel good about my purchase. So many Ebike companies don’t warranty their products well, we’ve all heard the stories. Well, I can tell you, you’re safe with Himiway from my experience.

Impressed with Himiway's accessories and support! I previously gave the support team a 5-star rating and had a minor issue with a wrong battery this time. However, they swiftly corrected the mistake. Everyone makes errors, and those who overreact should cut the company some slack. The upcoming Kids Electric Bike C1 is groundbreaking, making traditional toy haulers obsolete. Thinking of getting one for my grandson - easy to transport, no hassle, no gas smell, just pure fun! The joy on grandkids' faces would be priceless.

I had to pay $125.00 for a transaction

I had to pay $125.00 for a transaction fee unexpectedly from my credit card company. It would be good if they told us about this before. Also, my inner tubes broke after 120 miles. Himiway said they'd send new ones for $9.00 each time. I bought an extra battery for $550.00 and used it only five times before it stopped charging. It cost $80.00 for shipping to fix it. This is getting expensive. Now I'm scared to go far from home in case I get stuck. I added a rear rack, but it made the bike unstable. There are more issues, but I'll stop here. Not happy at all.

The website promised delivery in 2 weeks but it got delayed by 1 month. After asking twice, they said it'd take 3-4 weeks more. I cancelled my order, but customer service stopped replying. They sent the bike anyway. After many emails, they said they'd refund me when they get the bike back. Still waiting after 4 weeks. Bad customer service. Almost like a fraud. Better avoid! If you have issues, use PayPal.
