This was my first order with Worldwide Cyclery, and I bought two bearing extractors (November 2024). I had seen some of their helpful maintenance videos earlier and was impressed. One of the extractors worked great. Sadly, the other (different size) extractor didn’t work properly, which was a bit disappointing. I reached out to Worldwide Cyclery and spoke with a friendly and understanding person who quickly took care of the issue. I’m happy with how well they handled it! I have six bikes at home, so I always need parts or supplies – Worldwide Cyclery is now high on my list of go-to stores. Thanks!

I’ve had multiple dealings with WC before, and they’ve consistently been fast and reliable in their service. These guys are awesome. Super good customer support. Talked to one of the jets about some fresh bike parts. Placed my order, went fishing in Puerto Rico for a bit and, boom, the stuff was there when I got back. Back on the road real quik. Nice work team.
