This's my third time ordering in 10 years. It's nice that the good customer service hasn't changed, the selection is the same, and items arrive on time. I had a question this time and got a response the next day. The shipping updates were nice, and my package arrived 4 days after ordering. YAY!

I appreciated the clear product details, sizing chart, and the option to customize the set before placing my order. However, the international shipping experience was really poor, mainly because UPS was used as the delivery service. They attempted to charge me an additional $50 to cover the customs duties. Instead, I visited the customs office myself, which only took 15 minutes and cost me $10. After that, it still took UPS another 5 days to deliver the package because of "delivery scheduling issues."

I bought the seat clamp with lock and it’s working fine up to now. My only problem was setting it up, no instructions came with it. There was a QR code, but it wasn't in English which made it a bit confusing. I eventually found a video in English about setting up their system on wheels and used that. I guess someone with better skills would have no problem but that's not me.

Really good screws, wish there was a way

Really good screws, wish there was a way to buy bolt sets without the tool since I already got 6x of them. Also need to get bigger sizes, but it's good to have some extras to help family and freinds with their bikes. All in all, very good product worth the $$ paid.

I've purchased from this company on two occasions, and the wait for my parts has been excessively prolonged both times. Despite their California location, my recent order was shipped from New Jersey and detoured to Atlanta, despite initially being just 100 miles away in Reno. The shipping inconsistency has been a major drawback, making the overall experience less than satisfactory.
