I've been using MX Locker for about three years now to get things I can't find at my local dealer. I like checking it out because there's a lot of stuff I'm interested in. Once, I had an issue with a seller who wasn't responding about some slightly used Gaerne boots. MX Locker took care of it fast - they stopped that seller and gave me those boots brand new at the same price. It's a safe place to buy. The customer service is quick and friendly. MX Locker is a reliable choice.

I've made 7 separate orders, some with multiple items since I started using this app in February. Have only run into great sellers, quality parts + a very responsive customer service team that offers a live chat feature that has a human being. I'm already browsing for my next order. This app rocks, I'm very please.

MXlocker is a real disappointment.

MXlocker is a real disappointment. Liked the site till I faced a problem with an order. I bought an exhaust, but the seller couldn't deliver it. When I asked for help to cancel, I got a reply saying they'd talk to the seller. Then, surprise! A package arrived, but it wasn't what I ordered. When I asked the seller, he said he sent something else to avoid getting banned. He claimed support never contacted him. When I reached out again, they said they couldn't help. I agreed to bid on an item, so they can't cancel it, apparently. Bad support. Was gonna move my eBay stuff here, but now, eBay all the way! EBAY ROCKS. MX LOCKER IS AWFUL!!!!

The provided tracking label proves unreliable, with delayed appearance on the site post-delivery. Despite presenting evidence of delivery, my account remains frozen. This experience suggests a significant concern, painting the platform as dubious, enabling scams and allowing dishonest actions without repercussions.

The sell fees are outrageous!

The sell fees are outrageous! My $800 item got hit with a hefty $105 fee from Mx Locker. There are more reasonable platforms out there where you can sell and buy without feeling like you're being swindled.
