    I ordered a Tank Bag along with the Tank ring.

    I ordered a Tank Bag along with the Tank ring. Only the Tank Bag arrived. Customer service is really bad, they don’t seem to care about helping. I tried calling three times, no answer. I sent 3 emails as well, and each time I got a reply saying they are looking into it. A week later, still no reply. On my third email, I asked for a partial refund for the missing tank ring, and this time it was forwarded to the manager, but no answer came. DON’T PURCHASE FROM THEM, AVOID THESE GUYS, NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND RETURNS ARE IMPOSSIBLE!

    Disappointing customer service experience

    Disappointing customer service experience with SoloMotoParts. I bought 3 SuperSprox rear sprockets for my DRZ 400SM, but either they were shipped incorrectly or manufactured poorly. Despite the issues being on their end, the 30-day return policy was strictly enforced, and I was denied a refund because I opened the packages just over 60 days after purchase. This rigid adherence to policy, even when the business is at fault, is frustrating. Now, I'm stuck with parts that don't fit, and I can't even sell them on eBay without knowing their compatibility. Not a pleasant experience overall.

    Regrettably, my experience with this company has been far from satisfactory. My order was woefully incomplete, compounded by an utter lack of response to my emails. The dubious suspicion of exploiting the 30-day policy lingers, especially being in Australia. To add financial injury to insult, I paid taxes and import duties for parts totaling over $500 USD that were never dispatched. A cautionary tale for anyone considering transactions with them.

    I placed an order for accessories quite a while ago but

    I placed an order for accessories quite a while ago but haven’t heard anything since the first confirmation. Checking the order status on their site today, it shows as "refunded." I never got any notice about this change, and now, just three days before my son's birthday, I’m finding out he won’t be getting the gift I intended for him. This is a terrible way to handle things and extremely thoughtless towards customers.
