The guy who collected my scooter in Reno was nice and supportive. The person who delivered my scooter in IL was also friendly. Pricing - Quite reasonable for the service. Timing - Keep this in mind. They transport the bikes through many hubs across the nation. They try to pack their vehicles as full as they can, which makes sense for business. I didn’t expect my scooter to show up on a specific date, so I wasn’t let down. Overall - Reliable. I would choose them again.

My second time using hailbikes.

My second time using hailbikes. Really nice and helpful team, from Dottie, who set up my haul, to Travis, who brought it over. I wasn’t there for pickup, but my friend who helped me out said the guy who got my bikes was great too. They go over the steps very well and have a smooth system for handling the papers. They also offer some of the best rates around. 10/10 would recomend every time.

From the moment I ordered, the sales team and service tech at Stars and Stripes kept me well-informed. Coordination with the trucker was precise, and the delivery team made sure to set up a convenient date and time. Andrea, Dan, Matt, and the other Matt who were there for delivery all deserve praize.

My 2024 goldwing was delivred 23

My 2024 goldwing was delivred 23 days after it was picked up. It arrived in exellent condition. It traveled from Tennessee to Wisconsin to Las Vegas and then to Kingman AZ where I met with Driver John Kleinman who was very helpfull knowledgable and friendly.

Communication good, price fair.

Communication good, price fair. Only problem: time to pick up and deliver. Picked up April 1, delivered May 10. Not mad about delivery time, knew it might be slow. Fair to tell folks it takes a while to get your bike. Would use again.

I hardly ever write reviews

I hardly ever write reviews but felt the need to do so here. Good company, brought our Harley from small town Texarkana Arkansas to small town Lincoln California. Got emails letting us know each big stop during the trip. Ruth who set up our trip was really nice, told us what we needed to know and was good to talk to. The person who brought the bike even helped my wife take it off and wheel it to our storage since I wasn't there at the time, which was quite a ways away. But what made me pick this company over others was the price. They were almost half the cost of another company. I'd use Haul Bikes again for sure.

Haulbikes is a great option if you're not in a rush. They certainly know what they're doing, and their pricing was almost half of what at least one other car mover was charging. However, it's worth noting that moving my bike from Tacoma to Chicago involved going through two hubs, where it sat for an extended period. While I understand the importance of transportation efficiencies, it might not be the best choice if you're on a tight schedule

It was easy to get a quote online

It was easy to get a quote online, but the application took longer. There weren't clear instructions. I had to call for help. The price was good, but delivery was a week late. If you're in a hurry, it's a bit annoying. The customer service folks were nice and helpful. They kept me informed. Overall, my bike arrived in good shape. It was clean and clearly not left outside.

The company's drivers were very upfront and communicated great, but the office staff and emails about my shipment was not so great. When I called the home office, someone was rude.

The bike was delivered nearly 1 month late. There was some, albeit minor, damage to the bike. I would not use them again.

Terrible service VERY Rude all around

First it took a very long tome to get my bike, the lady on line was rude, the driver was even worse! Yes I was upset my bike looked as though it was rained on and very dirty. All he could say is it's the desert you know. Not 1 single me on my bike in the desert yet bud! I didn't like the rough way he unloaded it. After over a month th of waiting for my bike, they call me and ask if I will meet them at Walmart in a different town! Oh hell no! Never mever again!!!

The company missed two delivery dates they said they would meet. They didn't let me know via email, text, or call either time. They seem to react rather than plan ahead. Keeping customers informed is crucial. It's not just about how long it takes, but about communicating properly.
