I had a problem with a product I bought from Twisted Throttle back in 2019. The first one broke in 2022, so I sent it back and they replaced it without any hassle. When the second one failed, I contacted Twisted Throttle again, stressing safety issues. Nick, the Customer Service Manager, took care of everything from start to finish. He never got defensive and worked out a solution that fixed the issue and made sure others with the same product would be safe. Thanks to how well they handled things, I will continue buying from Twisted Throtle and will recommend them to everyone I know.

I've bought things from TT before, and while I liked what I got, dealing with their customer service was just okay. Recently, I saw a product on TT's site with a regular price crossed out for a sale price. But when I tried to order online, the cart showed the original price, not the sale price. I called customer service, waited 15 minutes without speaking to anyone, and left a message about my order and the price mix-up. I never got a call back, even though I left my contact info. Looks like I'll shop somewhere else. It's disappointing that others also have issues with TT's customer service.

The wors I've seen...I sugges you look elsewhere for your motorcycle parts and accessories. There's alot better companies out there. I've had such a bad experience with this company that I'll never buy anything from them ever again. Forget about them telling you the truth about your order, they already lied to me twice about my order that I placed with them. It's been 15 days and counting since I placed my order and I still haven't received it. Do you want to talk to an associate about your order on a Thursday or Friday? Forget about that, they are only open 3 days a week?? Huh? This company loves to take your money... but when it comes to shipping out your items in a timely fashion, it's the customer that gets screwed in the end. The online chat and phone calls get you nowhere, and I've gotten no answers from either. If you like to be blatantly lied to about your orders, then Twisted Throttle is your place to go.

Dealing with Twisted Throttle has been a challenging experience. It seems like they are overwhelmed and could benefit from taking a break. Despite external challenges, their focus should be on providing solutions to customers one at a time. Blaming circumstances is not a helpful approach. I hope they can regain their status as reliable solution providers. Best of luck to them, and I encourage them to persevere through these difficulties for the sake of their customers.
