I had a pretty frustrating experience with this company. I tried selling them my bike, and they gave me a ridiculously low offer. Tried again with the same bike, same photos, and suddenly they declined it due to so-called "major cosmetic damage," which made no sense. Their prices for buying are sky-high too, almost like you're better off getting a new bike elsewhere. I also had issues with a shifter/brake I bought from them. It wasn't as advertised, and when I complained, they just shrugged it off and sent me a link to buy the missing part from them. Plus, returning anything is a hassle and costly. Honestly, you're better off selling or buying privately. This company just isn't reliable.
