I ordered a phone from this site, thinking it was just another regular purchase. But soon, things went south. They wanted me to send them a screenshot of the invoice and my bank statement for verification. I did that, multiple times, but no response whatsoever. Tried calling their support, but the number was out of service. The email support? Equally useless. They even threatened to close my account if I didn't ship my package within 48 hours, and guess what? They did just that and kept my phone! It cost me $1,100, and now I'm stuck, unable to get a refund or my phone back. I filed a complaint with the BBB, but this company seems to not care at all. Don't trust them.
