Two weeks ago, I bought this Alessandro Vasini boot in Terence harness suede brown from the Baggatti website. Initially, I tried to order directly from the Alessandro site, but they didn’t offer shipping to Israel. So, I contacted their customer service, and they sent me a link to the Baggatti site, where I found shipping to Israel was available. I placed the order there, and after almost two weeks, the boots arrived. When it comes to the boots, the color was slightly different from what I saw online. The website showed a dark brown, but when I got them, they were more light brown. Still, I’m happy because they arrived on time, as promised. The quality of these boots is great—super soft leather. I even think they’re better than my Saint Laurent Lukas boots. I’ve got a pair of those too. The boots look very stylish, and everything is well done, like the zip, sole, and outer leather. The best part is how fashionable they look. I want to thank Alessandro Vasini for making this wonderful boot!

Well, like everything else, there’s been highs and lows. The company has gone through some big shifts and changes. What I have to say is that they have always gotten back to me. There have been delays, but in the end, I got my JANNIS BOOTS and also a new pair of TABOR BOOTS. They are still the finest boots you can find anywhere! I’ve worn some for many years now and they only get better. I also want to mention - ANNA - who’s a customer service star. She gives good advice and really knows her stuff. Thanks, Anna, for everything. They should keep you in charge for good.

I received my custom-made boots in under two weeks and they're great! The size matched exactly as they recommended, and the quality is remarkable. These boots are some of the best you'll find at any cost. Plus, the price is quite reasonable compared to other high-end brands that charge almost twice as much. I disregard other reviews, as they might be from rivals because everything was spot on and they answered all my messages quickly.

After 3 mths my boots arrived

After 3 mths my boots arrived and they are awesome! Im a bit ashamed of myself for having sent harassing emails demanding they be sent quicker. Spoiled american mentality! They arrived in perfect presentation and are exactly what I thought I was getting. I ordered keith boots and i was smart enough to go up a 1/2 size and they fit like a glove. Thank you and sincere apologies for being an ass in the process of receiving these.

OMG, seriously obsessed with my new boots from Alessandro Vasini's website! 🥾💖 I usually struggle finding lower heel boots, but this site just had that vibe, you know? And guess what? The pair I snagged is beyond stunning. They're basically my new everyday "uniform." Best decision ever!

Anna from their Sales team has fixed the order, and I got it just as she said I would. I’m thankful for Anna’s quick handling of this issue and for considering my feedback about the whole process and my worries. I understand they’ve faced some major problems with logistics and distribution and keep that in mind. How a company handles complaints shows its quality. Once more, I’m grateful to Anna for resolving this matter.

Likely, most items are made to order. Hope they sort things out; boots are ace. Jackets and gear are cool too. Fingers crossed for speedier service.

Service is terrible.

It's been almost 8 weeks, and my boots still haven't been sent. I've emailed multiple times, but no response. Disgusting! Respond quickly, or legal action will be taken. It's such a shame because the product is excellent!

This company is not recommended. I wouldn't even give them one star if I could. I ordered two pairs of jeans and a pair of boots. The jeans came, but not the boots. No one informed me that the boots were out of stock or provided any information on when they might be available. The jeans didn't fit, so after sending four emails and waiting almost a month, they finally responded with return instructions. Still waiting for my refund. I've asked several times to cancel the boots since I haven't received any updates on their availability. Dealing with their customer service is difficult, as they don't respond promptly. Their customer service is terrible. I should have checked the reviews before ordering.

J'ai commandé une paire de boots en novembre 2023, le compte a été débité immédiatement. J'ai attendu 2 mois sans réponse du service client. Puis je les ai reçues trop grandes car il n'y a pas de tableau de tailles; ils disent équivalent à l'UE mais cela taille bien plus grand. J'ai demandé mon étiquette retour pour échange . je ne l'ai jamais reçue. Et j'en suis à mon peut être 30 ème mesage mail service client depuis.. J'ai alors demandé un remboursement de la paire de boots en les renvoyant par mes propres moyens. On m'a alors répondu que non on allait me faire l'échange et depuis on ne me répond plus...

After nearly 10 weeks, I'm still waiting for my shipping confirmation. Despite receiving a response to my frustrated email 10 days ago, where I was assured my order would be processed within two days, nothing has happened. I've sent several follow-up emails, but still haven't received a satisfactory reply. At my workplace, we manufacture top-notch air measurement systems in a matter of days and ship them out promptly, even overseas. It's baffling to me how difficult it seems to be for this company to process an order and ship a simple pair of boots.

Man, my patience got a real

Man, my patience got a real workout with this one. Ordered something special, but delivery played hard to get for two whole months. No heads up from the vendor, like, zero proactive communication. Missed the whole gift-giving moment I was aiming for. And to top it off, they never coughed up that credit they promised for the massive delay. Not the kind of experience you'd want. Here's hoping they shape up on the customer service front real soon.

Hello, I have sent multiple emails to Alessandro Vasini but haven’t got any response. I bought a pair of black boots in March 2024 and they still haven’t arrived. Waiting 7 months for a reply or delivery is not OK at all. I now want my money back for the $480 boots because this is not the way to treat customers. I would not recomend buying from them.

the whole boot fiasco was a mess! Ordered, got nada, and when I finally got a hold of customer service, they were slower than a snail in molasses. No boots, no refund – talk about a letdown. Not the A-team of customer service, that's for sure. Here's hoping they kick it up a notch and sort this out.
